Environmental problems such as pollution and climate change affect all the people in the world. Although global decisions are made to reduce these problems, the solutions are not effective. Why are the solutions ineffective? How can these problems be solved?

- Penalizing and boycotting the countries that fail to adhere to norms.
All global efforts invested into meeting the challenges facing the planet posed by pollution have comprehensibly failed to produce any tangible outcomes. This can be attributed to several reasons, and it is imperative to discover plausible solutions to surmount this complication.
The implementation of international action such as the Paris Resolution, to counter environmental deterioration is marred by unwillingness of governments to apply the universally adopted resolutions, locally. Technology transfer and liberal access to resources for all, can help persuade every nation to switch to greener technologies and methods. Additionally, every inhabitant of the earth should be apprised about surroundings becoming inhospitable for future generations in case the current occupants fail to respond to concurrent problems.
In hindsight, deriving intended results from universal endeavors aimed at resolving the environmental puzzle is contingent on closer cooperation at the international level and engendering pragmatic foresight about imminent catastrophe awaiting humanity, in case warnings are disregarded.
