It is commonly observed that juveniles are hard-wired with the perception that investing efforts can help attain any objective. Although this can be rewarding, there are some issues that should be taken into account.

Fostering the  trait of perseverance among youngsters offers one major benefit: they are inspired to strive for their goals enthusiastically when taught that this virtue equals success. This  can specifically assist students in cultivating a growth mentality, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to bounce back from setbacks. For example, if a child feels that this leads to success, they will put in more effort to do better at a subject. Such training also encourages optimism towards ambitions. Those absorbing  this idea are more likely to have lofty goals for themselves, and also a prosperity to devise and discover strategies to attain objectives, helping them develop into independent, self-assured people who can face obstacles head-on.

However, this arrangement does have some significant detriments: young minds might become so engrossed in their strivings that they might not be able to strike a balance between hard work and realistic goal-setting, and may develop unrealistic expectations. Since skills, opportunities, and external factors also all play a part, not all goals can be accomplished with just hard work, precipitating frustration and lack of direction. Furthermore, this could also engender unwarranted pressure and a fear of failing, resulting  from this belief, pushing one to internalize failure as a personal weakness rather than the outcome of forces outside control, predisposing them to stress and low self-esteem.

In hindsight, while promoting hard effort can foster ambition and resilience, it is crucial to infuse this characteristic with an awareness of practical constraints. Giving juveniles perspective, and encouragement, helps them grow up with a more positive attitude toward achievements and disappointments.

Passing the information that working one’s finger to bones can help fetch rich dividends is a common practice across the world. This has several benefits, as well as drawbacks, which I shall be discussing in the following paragraphs.

To start with, such imparting helps juveniles build their own confidence to pursue certain goals in their future life. Reminding them every time that doing hard work could also develop some new skills and strategies to deal with unwarranted problems. Also, this persuades children to make efforts to do several tasks and also use their creative skills. Moreover, it encourages them to follow their passion and goals where they become determined. And it also becomes easier for them to choose the career in what field they want to pursue their goals.  Another benefit of this is that they develop an unswerving attitude towards challenges and are not easily cowed down: they rarely surrender easily and stay positive and motivated.

However, on the other side, such learning has some drawbacks too. children sometimes set unrealistic goals for themselves, and expose themselves to unwarranted stress. This could also make them vulnerable to several health issues, both mental and physical. On top of that, since such education makes young individuals hopeful,  the tender minds sometimes end up becoming impractical and start chasing those goals which are beyond their capacity and resources. This can make them lose their valuable time, efforts and sometimes even money.

To recapitulate, although passing such information to the young ones does carry some drawbacks such as it can make youngsters impractical and also expose them to stress, the benefits it brings along  are numerous, like this fuels an unflinching resolve in them, and makes them hopeful.

Several societies follow the practice of imbibing the principle that incessant toils can surmount even the impregnable challenges, in the young generation. Such enlightenment can although persuade young individuals to pursue their objectives relentlessly, this can expose them to several unwarranted situations.

The  most prominent benefit that this education can help derive is fostering an unflinching determination among juveniles in their efforts they invest in pursuit of their objectives. In other words, they are adequately prepared to endure hardships that they might encounter while chasing their goals. Not only this the unswerving attitude inculcated through such teaching also aids in bringing their creativity to the fore, which they employ to discover methods, and decide upon the course of action to be deployed to accomplish their aims.

Similarly, it is undeniable that imparting such education can fill youngsters with hope, and eventually make them enthusiastic about facing life and its struggles. It has quite often been observed that such youngsters are better prepared than their counterparts who never receive such enlightenment, to accept failures as a part of life and strive continuously until they succeed.

Nevertheless, a perception that is buttressed by pessimism, about the darker shades exists too, which  sees the negative side of everything. It professes that youngsters developed the habit of setting unrealistic goals for themselves. This has a potential of exposing young minds to an undue stress, thereby making them vulnerable to mental afflictions. Also, sometimes they chase dreams which are beyond their resources and impractical in nature.

Overall, despite such teaching carrying certain drawbacks, its merits far outnumber the former. It may be possible that youngsters could become impractical due to this, but such instances are rare; however, they becoming hopeful about life with such encouragement, is a reality.

Overall, this system  has both upsides and downsides: where children foster a never say die attitude towards challenges, they also may expose themselves to unjustified stress. Thus, it becomes essential for the parents to guide their wards appropriately and help them grow as rational adults.

In some countries children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough

Lately, children are being educated by their parents and teachers that anything can be achieved by them if they try hard and stay determined towards their goal. Disseminating such learning has both ups as well as downs because of many reasons which will be discussed further in detail.

As children are being told about the outcomes and success associated with hard work. This motivates them to concentrate on their objectives in a more lucid manner without doubting the potential of their capabilities and efforts that they devote to their endeavors. They themselves learn the significance of being passionate about their desired goals and also dealing with tough and challenging situations without surrendering. Besides this, such a saying transforms the complete personality and perspective of young individuals from an early age, they always carry a positive attitude toward life. Also, in order to define their success they work harder that influences them to look for alternative way outs and this leads them to be a rational and smart personality later in life.

Nevertheless, the biggest disadvantage of the notion that enough of hard work can led to secure anything is that children at such a young age get obsessed with one or couple of ideas and streams, and to prove their worth, they keep on attempting for a same thing over and over – causing deterioration of mental and emotional wellbeing, another is the loss of valuable time which could have been utilized in exploring areas that might have offered a greater chance of success in their personal and professional realms.

Overall, saying that trying hard enough can lead to attaining anything has its own pros and cons. It is a term that need to be dealt with care as it can lead to more negative consequences.
