In contemporary times, juveniles are exposed to pressing demands posed by their studies, the society around them and the overwhelming influence of the media and all manifestations. The source of these challenges are visible but, the ways to resolve these issues are elusive. Thus, one needs to delve deeper.

The most prominent source of immense load on young minds is the need to perform at formal tuition. Constantly rising emphasis on testing has made life miserable for youngsters as they are caught between two extremes, learning and preparing for examinations, leaving them with little time for extracurricular activities. The crisis further deepens when parents also raise the bar of expectations from their wards, which many times also mirrors the social perspective. Since everyone wants their children to outperform those of their peers and social connections.

Similarly, peer pressure and perspectives formed by engaging with electronic games television and the internet have a far reaching impact on tender minds who are required to adhere to the norms established by their mothers and fathers, and also address their own aspirations, foster by engaging with those of their age groups and various external sources of  information. Most are found facing a dilemma.

However, the panacea for this predicament can only be found if schools and parents make joint efforts. Where the former should reduce the frequency of the examinations, the latter should stop comparing their offspring and start seeing them as distinct individuals. Furthermore, there is also a need to make expectations more realistic besides, monitoring how young ones interact with the outer world.

Overall, although the situation is bemusing as youngsters face numerous uncertainties, things can be improved and life of young ones made easier if parents and schools act prudently, and adopt sensitive approach towards young individuals

Ielts Essay - Cyber Crime

Gullible internet users, oblivious to hazards of failing to adopt appropriate safeguards, often prove to be easy prey for the prying eyes of those attempting to steal sensitive details. This, nevertheless, can have serious implications for the victims, making it imperative to protect oneself from impact of such subversive acts.

Being defrauded can result in a great loss to individuals, in terms of both financial and social reputation. Unauthorized money transfers from bank accounts, or purchases on credit cards can financially jeopardize people, making them pay for dubious transactions. Additionally, unscrupulous elements, masquerading as someone else by using pictures and profile details, can mislead others, making victims a subject of unwarranted public wrath, and in extreme cases, bringing them under the scrutiny of the law enforcement agencies.

Commercial establishments too are at greater risk from such criminal acts. These have a potential to not only dent their financial conditions, but also pose a hazard to their business if the cyber criminals break into their confidential and sensitive databases, and slip away with extremely critical business plans and blueprints, thereby putting them in dire straits.

But this challenge is surmountable nonetheless, provided one adopts appropriate safety measures, like regularly changing passwords, sparingly using public computers for important transactions, like banking or online shopping, or accessing emails or other accounts. Organizations need stronger security and control: restricting access to only authorized personnel, and shielding confidential data with customized protection systems that do not follow generic procedures, can go a long way in rendering appropriate defense against illegal access.

Hence, even though virtual criminals are an integral attachment of cyber age, and eliminating them is almost impossible, one can turn the tables on these antisocial elements by acting prudently and embracing suitable measures to prevent

Some people think that schools should select students according to their academic abilities, while others believe that it is better to have students with different abilities studying together. Discuss both views and state your own opinion. ~ Sanchit

Of late, many educators have started to engage in a heated debate regarding the criteria one must meet in order to get admitted into an academic institution, some believe that individuals should be accepted on the basis of their educational merits, while there are a few who believe that it would be much more wiser to have a mix of students with varying potential studying together.

A great deal of schools take pride in nurturing exceptional scholastic talent, it is their belief that good grades are a necessity for an educational establishment to become renowned and sustain their excellence/finesse in educating the society.  Moreover, this traditional view strongly disapproves of granting admission to those who are not good at studies as teaching and putting efforts on them would be a waste of time and energy. Similarly, allowing dull pupils to study with those with higher intellect will only slow down the imparting process, and cause distractions.

However, there is a lobby which believes that teaching pupils with different abilities together is a much more prudent and practical approach to bring out their innate aptitude lying dormant inside of them and to develop their unique personalities. As different ideas and moral values would clash they would create an atmosphere for innovation and help students to improve their social skills by making them more open minded and tolerant towards each other. In addition to this, it would instil a positive competitive spirit among peers to do better which would surely help the academically weaker improve themselves.

In hindsight, I opine that teaching learners who have different capabilities together would help them to appreciate and develop their distinct characters. Thus, it would be a better idea to teach people with different abilities to be taught together.

Wild animals have no place in the 21st century
Ielts Essay Wild Animals

In recent years, a ridiculous theory is being promulgated about letting wild fauna become extinct to conserve resources. This has drawn a lot of flak from various quarters who question the very relevance and rationale of this proposal.

Critics of this proposal assert the real objective behind wildlife conservation initiatives is protecting wild habitats, the forests that . These green buffers besides acting as lungs of the planet that recycle the air and also inviting precipitation, act as a vital link with the past. These pristine locations can provide important information on how life evolved, as well as the solutions for the problems humanity is currently facing, and also those may surface in future.

Moreover,  undeniably, life on the earth depends on diverse components, and wild animals form a critical part of that arrangement: their disappearance would result in great ecological imbalance, delivering catastrophic impact on humans several many ways. As experts suggest, wild fauna helps contain many pests and diseases since all of them are a part of an elaborate food chain. Even if a single element of this table vanishes, the whole system will collapse.

Nevertheless, although, beyond any rationale, many argue that how can public money be squandered on such ambitious projects when the house needs to be put in order. With billions languishing in poverty, struggling to make their both ends meet and access even basic amenities, these programs are a novelty, a passion for the elite who have little respect for those impoverished.

In hindsight, I strongly feel that under no circumstances should the wildlife be allowed to vanish, it will cause irreversible damage and threaten the very existence of mankind. It is the need of the hour for humans to step forward and act responsibly, and protect their co-inhabitants.

Many organisations and companies ask their staff to wear a uniform. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this? What kind of jobs should have a work uniform?
Many organisations and companies ask their staff to wear a uniform
Ielts Essay Uniform

Organization specific dress codes have become ubiquitous and almost all businesses, regardless of size, comply with the trend. This has led to an intriguing but a fierce debate about the benefits and downsides of this practice besides. One does wonder, however, about what work should follow a dress code.

Undeniably, standardized clothing patterns facilitate blurring differences and promoting harmony among personnel, hailing for diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. This makes colleagues abandon discrimination and  embrace homogeneity and instead pursue common objectives.  Also, corporate clothing is considered to be a highly acceptable method of rendering a distinction between levels of authority of those working at various levels of organizational  hierarchy, and role sets of those handling diverse jobs such as blue collar and white collar jobs.

Nevertheless, not many are convinced with the currently in vogue trend of sporting organization specified gear; they consider is disparaging. Their view is founded on beliefs that this acts as a mechanism that impedes, rather obliterating, creativity, and  promotes mental slavery and extreme reliance on following procedures, making people uneasy. Such an organization, as this lobby assumes, seldom sees productivity augmenting at every level, and is caught in procedural delays.

Despite the squabble about merits and demerits, the use of company defined attire code is a must in organizations that have specific role-sets such as armed forces, law enforcement agencies which help afford reassurance to citizens, and those which rely on public relations and outreach since the outfits of their personnel exude approachability and friendly attitudes.

In hindsight, wearing or foregoing a predefined ensemble has been eternally argued for ages though practice continues to thrive unabated, even in the modern emancipated world, in a new manifestation though. I feel it exudes unity, homogeneity and sense of obligation; thus, outshining alleged pitfalls.
