Nevertheless, some  argue that leadership qualities can only be augmented with seasoning: those who have been through the thick and thin can plan and manage effectively. Moreover, they have a pragmatic vision and their accomplishments help them make accurate predictions. In contemporary times, a school of thought believes that it is good that  a majority population is making efforts to amass as much wealth as possible since it fetches umpteen favors. But, others feel that it has numerous pitfalls. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss both the aspects.

To start with, many think there are numerous benefits of being affluent as with money one can make their life very comfortable by affording all luxuries that a person can dream of. Also, it is possible to secure the future and of the upcoming generation as they can have a proper plan and things to grow their financial resources. Similarly, the rich can provide themselves with safeguards for the times of emergency such as when there is a crisis, or any other type of problem.
