Some cities do not restrict how stylish and unique can houses and offices be that people construct. Do you think the advantages of this approach outweigh the disadvantages?
Nowadays, people are constructing their residence and workplaces as per their choices keeping in mind the new trends surfacing around: for facades and interiors. This has made many city planners to profoundly ponder whether benefits of this phenomenon outshine the drawbacks or not.
At the outset, when inhabitants are allowed to design their accommodations whether residential or office premises as per their needs and desires can decorate their premises in such a manner that the environment fetches happiness and relaxation. Several instances have been observed when these designer outlooks have positively impacted the efficiency and effectiveness of individuals, as bespoke surroundings play a major role in energizing the moods of an individual and making them more lively.
Nonetheless, those who rally against this rationale are concerned about the life of those who are living or working in these stylish layouts. They fear that many owners of these establishments might have not paid attention to the norms asserted by the city planners while constructing these dwelling units or workplaces since their key objective was to occupy every inch of the allocated area, giving least priority to the risk to human life posed by natural calamities.
Similarly, adopting these disparate choices of facades in which some might look bright, while others dull and unattractive makes the overall neighborhood look ugly. As every individual will try to install the latest accessories in order to gain a clout against their neighbors; thus, resulting in making the former extravagant and disturbing the harmony of the society.
To cap it all, I feel that the grey shades of this aspect outweigh the positive side. The health and safety is of utmost importance and this cannot be compromised under any circumstances. Therefore, building bylaws must be strictly imposed.
