Most people try to balance between work and other part of lives
Ielts Essay - Work LIfe Balance
Life in modern times entails complex working styles that often cause imbalances in professional and personal lives. There have been long and endless discourses over creating equilibrium between family and work. Social theorists often elucidate the issues associated with this, and also suggest ways to rectify work-life conflict.

Today, seven out of ten adults are engrossed in a struggle to keep the work-life conflict at bay, but are seldom able to achieve this feat since they prioritize their professional commitments over their family obligations. This quite often makes them dedicate most of their time to work, or on phones and laptops, when at home. Many feel that it is necessary to keep the work on the priority, or they may be superseded by the ones who can perform better.

Moreover, shortage of time is also a leading to an office-family life clash. Commuting to the offices, and back home, apart from very brief gaps between different tasks leaves little time for the families. Every day, working individuals spend an enormous amount of time in travelling, and squeezing in multiple tasks within the stipulated time. This taxes them both physically and mentally, thus leaving them too drained to think about doing a balancing act between their offices and homes.

However, striking a balance between the personal and professional routines is not a far cry. Managing the time well, like leaving home 10 minutes earlier can save hours wasted in commuting; allocating a predefined time to every task, and leaving unfinished task for next slot, etc. Under no circumstances, time to be devoted to family chores should be sacrificed.

Hence, although striking a harmony between professional and family lives may seem to be an uphill task, it is not at all difficult. A little meticulous approach can help surmount this not so new problem.

Some people think that you need more money to be happy, while others prefer to have more free time than money. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Some people think that you need more money to be happy, while others prefer to have more free time than money. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Quest for happiness has always intrigued humans as they explore various ways to attain this elusive goal. There is a complete disagreement over the factors that lead to contentment since everyone has quite disparate views: some suggest money holds the key to being happy, while others suggest more leisure time is critical to this state of mind.

Being rich has always made people feel elite since it becomes easy for them to possess all the imaginable luxuries and comforts: one can freely party and socialize with friends, and nears and dears at will; go on vacations whenever one feels like, get education in the best of institutions, etc. Apart from that, being financially better off, are considered elite among friends, peers and society, and such individuals always hog the limelight.

Besides this, having sumptuous amount of income can also help people  fulfill their philanthropic inclinations and obligations; thus making them feel eternally happy. It is believed that, “Only one’s having ample resources at their disposal can be of real help to others”. Performing charity is a good way to attain eternity with the God, and charity is only possible if one has enough to give away comfortably.

However, how far can materialistic possessions go in ensuring happiness if the leisure time is missing? Having some free moments is considered to be more critical than anything else in this world. Getting some time to spend with oneself – in solace, and nears and dears always fetches satisfying and pleasant experiences. This not only helps in forming and strengthening relationships but also experiencing life to the fullest, in all its manifestations.

Henceforth, I feel although many may vouch for any single factor, financial standing, or spare leisure time, both are important in their own virtue.

Governments spend a lot of money on wildlife protection instead of starting new projects
Ielts Essay - Wild Life Projects
Striking the right balance between protecting environment, and continuing progress has become a thorny issue for almost every government, but more recently the focus seems to be shifting to protecting the wild fauna and flora, which of course has both some drawbacks and also great amount of benefits.

Protecting wildlife in all its manifestations is very critical to maintaining a correct balance in the ecology on the planet. The life, in all its variations and forms is strongly interlinked to each other. If even one of them goes missing, others would follow soon, and the ones left behind would surely be adversely affected. Wild animals and plants benefit humans in many ways; they ensure availability of pool of genetic diversity; ensure a clean environment by alleviating pollution levels; and, trees and green areas also act as the lungs of planets.

Furthermore, wild areas hold many secrets that could be of great help to humanity. Wild animals, humans, and plants share a long association – that has lasted over a millions of years, and each carries encoded references in the genetic build up about the evolution of life on the planet. This relationship is very critical to study of planet; its evolution; and changing conditions and environment, which can help to reveal several critical facts and also find solutions that may prove helpful for preserving life on this planet.

However, development should not stop at any cost, as some feel, for with the rising human population, it is becoming extremely important to provide, food, shelter, employment, health care to the people. This cannot be ensured unless governments prioritize new initiatives to develop, even if at the cost of wild life.

To conclude, saving wildlife is surely a noble task and critical to balanced life on this planet.

Foreign tourists must be charged higher fees
Ielts Essay - Foreign tourists must be charged higher fees
Levying foreign travelers with higher entry fees at various historical sites and other places of tourist interests has been a common trend world over. But, this has sometimes drawn flak from the various sections who feel that this practice is unjust.

Levying higher than locals, charges, at various locations of tourist and cultural relevance, for alien tourists seems to be justified. The local inhabitants contribute a lot, through taxes and other levies, a share of which also is used to maintain historical locations. This contribution makes natives deserving candidates for special treatment. Furthermore, whatever money governments collect from the alien travelers is often used to cover up the deficits in maintenance of such locations, and improve tourism infrastructure that targets foreign tourists.

Moreover, locals are the true owners, and unofficial ambassadors of such locations. Furthermore, it is also important to make young generation appreciate its national heritage. Creating parity between charges paid by natives with that of aliens would defeat the whole purpose; locals would not visit if they have to bear a heavy entry fee. Citizens are a quick medium of carrying around the word of mouth, which can create awareness in the world, e.g. when nationals upload pictures and write blogs about their experiences about tourist locations, the word spreads around the globe quickly.

However, charging alien travelers more has some serious drawbacks since this move may be considered as a bias towards the foreigners. This is bound to dissuade many travelers from visiting these locations who would be unwilling to pay exorbitant fee. It may also become difficult for travelers hailing from poor countries to afford visit to these destinations due to unfavorable exchange rates.

Hence, I feel imposing higher charges on entry of aliens visitors at tourist locations is fully justified, and the contra view  lacks substance since no parallels can be drawn between locals and foreigners.

Some believe that more houses should be constructed in existing towns and cities. Others believe that creating entirely new towns in the countryside to accommodate these houses is the best way. What is your opinion?

Rising urban population has led to the problem of creating adequate space for accommodating city dwellers. There is a whole array of suggestions raining in from every direction where some people suggest that it would be better to develop new cities in the countryside; others feel that expanding existing urban locations in a better option.

Developing and expanding new locations would prove be a practical option since large urban locations have necessary expertise and resources present to cater to the fuel expansion. An already existing network of utilities and services would not need a huge investment, and raising the things from scratch; this could prove to be highly efficient, in terms of time and money. The reason for this simple since the new development plans would get implemented quickly since these would not run into procedural hurdles, and would not require too many clearances and sanctions.

Furthermore, the charisma of existing urban centers refuses to fade away due to the close proximity of every imaginable facility, and venues of employment, education and entertainment. Therefore expanding an existing set-up seems to be a better option, for it would not only quickly amortize the investments of authorities but also contain the inhabitants of urban center within a limited premise and area.

However, shifting the pressure of population to new locations in the countryside also seems to be a viable option, as developing new locations would not only offer a wonderful opportunity of correcting the mistakes committed in the past, in terms of urban planning, but also give a chance to establish a bustling urban location with an up to date plan, that satisfies every modern requirement.

Henceforth, I feel that developing brand new locations away from the crumbling urban centers is a better option.

Nowadays children prefer electronic games to other games and toys
Ielts Essay - Children Playing electronic Games
Playing games on electronic gadgets have been courting controversies over their impact on the children, the most widely affected group. Several experts seem to be profoundly concerned about this recent development, and are seeking causes of this problem.

The most common reason for children getting increasingly inclined to choosing modern gadgets over traditional games is the parents themselves. Despite parents denying this fact, it is the moms and dads who are actually encouraging children to take up this activity. It is said that kids always take up cues from their parents, and today when even the fathers and mothers are themselves inclined to always running their fingers on these gadgets, it is likely for the young ones to take up this activity.

The new development has some great benefits to offer with the development of cognitive skills of children. While playing games on these devices, which have unpredictable content provides abundant sensory inputs to the growing minds, in regards to problems, possible strategies that could be adopted to resolve problems and finally the implementation of a chosen way out. Many institutions have in fact taken up this method to extend benefits of seamless and effortless learning, to the students.

However, the controversy refuses to fade away as the vehement critics cite various shortcomings of playing games on electronic devices. The gaming content on these devices tend to overwhelm the senses of tender minds; to the extent that kids even try to emulate their virtual avatars, which could be, of course, violent too. The content in the games is also believed to be fueling aggressive behavior among the children.

Hence, I believe, it is quite easy to blame electronic devices for our own flaws, but judicious use is recommended, as this modern equipment has several benefits.

Ielts Essay - Adverts and Greed
Ielts Essay - Adverts and Greed

Nowadays, when businesses are deplying every possible mechaism, including ads, to lure consumers, numerous social theorists have become seriously concerned about negative impact of publicity. They have started suggesting that number of adverts should be strictly restricted.

Advertisement needs to be cut down drastically; it is strongly felt that this is leading to overspending and social wastage. Consumer companies, in order to gain visibility, embrace all kinds techniques and strategies. This is often regarded as derogatory since it amounts to playing with emotions of gullible consumers. The end users, in turn, blindly follow what pubicity preach and end up buying things seldom needed. It has also been observed that many overspend, sometimes, beyond than their financial affordability, leading them into vicious debt traps.

Moreover, it is often alleged that  this medium is fueling selfish attitudes; many have developed an insatiable appetite for buying goods for their own consumptions. Such buying spree often evokes a competition of sorts as everyone wants to stay ahead of peers. People limit their concerns to themselves and their facades; thus, abandoning and ignoring social perspectives.

However, despite uproar among the  critics of this marketing tool, limiting it would do little good since these are presumed to be the mechanisms that simply inform the consumers of the availability of the alternatives, as well as offers in the markets. Curtailing adverts would deny demographies a chance to explore before spending money. Moreover, the evil does not lie in ads, but the minds that create them.

In hindsight, I feel that reduction of advertisement is not a practical approach and should be allowed in any numbers; it only enlightens buyers, and becoming self-centered and extravagant is an individual prerogative.

Criminals in Prison
Ielts Essay - Imprisonment-justified or not
Confining convicts to a small room of a jail has been a conventional practice, being perpetuated since time unknown, but of late there has been a suggestion from various social theorists that instead of locking up such people, some other methods which might prove to be helpful should be adopted.

Keeping people, involved in nefarious activities behind the bars, seems to be losing supporters among both the government and the public, since it is felt that this exercise is simply a criminal wastage of money of tax payers.  The hard earned money in no way should be spent on feeding such people imprisoned due to unlawful acts. Many have come forward with suggestions that propos sending such unlawful elements to hard labor camps and making them earn their bread and butter, but not letting them out in the free world.

Similarly, others have gone to extent of suggesting that governments should invest in reforming these people intellectually, and also provide them training in various fields that could enable even the hardened lawbreakers to lead a reformed life and prove to be an asset rather than a liability to the society.

However, the critics are quite cynical of thrifty and reformist approach, and suggest continuation of practice of imprisonment. The cost of damage criminals can do to society while roaming free, would be much higher than money spent on maintaining corrective facilities. In no way, ones, notorious for unlawful activities can be dissuaded from such practice. Such people pose a serious threat to the public life and safety, and keeping perpetrators of crimes away from public life is critical for a safe society, at whatever cost.

Henceforth, I feel that it is advisable to keep criminals out of social life, locked up in corrective facilities.

Open Spaces in Offices and Classrooms
Ielts Essay - Open Spaces
Modern architectural concepts promote principles of creating free buffer zones in the schools and work places. This matter has become trivial enough since many experts have taken to task of exploring benefits and shortcomings of such an arrangement.

Open buffers, act as a medium that provide opportunity to let off the steam; and, thus a much required mental relief to the employees and students, working and studying in cluttered surroundings. Working in crowded rooms are often noisy that affect the acoustics of premises. These often affect concentration; thus impeding creativity. An open buffer in the surroundings can do wonders since these help people relax and think clearly since areas lined up with either plants or other decoration, encourage free movement; thereby providing much needed solitude.

Moreover, it has been observed, open spaces can make a person feel at home even in a crowded room with linear arrangements. Sitting in a surrounding with little room for physical movement can quickly tire a person physically, and devoid him or her of opportunities to stretch and get some relaxation that causes physical discomfort; hamper efficiency; and as a consequence productivity. Having free buffer areas can help generate physical satisfaction, sometimes by giving room for switchover of activity, and at others simply by sight.

However, the concept of adding free open space to offices and schools has come under fire from the vehement critics. They consider such a practice to be a complete misuse of available space in the times when accommodating population and businesses has become a severe problem, due to scarcity of land. This may lead to environmental disaster in form of sped-up deforestation.

Hence, I personally feel that open spaces would surely benefit occupants of classrooms and offices.

Aims if Advertisement
Ielts Essay - Aims of Advertisement
In an era, when we are surrounded and influenced by an unprecedented flood of consumer goods, many experts feel that this trend has been created by extensive use of advertisements by various consumer goods companies.

The content of ads being published telecast and aired clearly evidence the real intent of consumer goods companies since the adverts are cleverly planned and made to create a craving among the consumers. The planners of publicity campaigns use various means and methods to lure the customers generously, like convincing the consumers to buy a product through repetitive content, use of pseudo experts, etc. that highlight the benefits and  the need of consuming the products manufactured by a specific company.

Moreover, the publicity of consumer goods is only done to raise the turnover by penetrating diverse market segments. Use of celebrities, noted public figures, etc. to create visibility for goods in a market, is a common practice, which companies plan and implement very carefully and smartly, e.g. parallel adverts publicizing a toothpaste in various states of India portray regional stars who enjoy a high visibility in their own regions. This kind of strategy helps companies to create a niche in diverse markets at the same time.

However, many feel that objective of advertising is not so evil as it is projected. Publicity is a dynamic way of reaching out to masses spanning across diverse geography in the shortest possible time. Ads simply inform people of availability of alternatives, and decision of procuring completely rests on end-users. It is believed that decision of buying something actually depends on prevalent trend, financial resources, and readiness to commit funds to buy.

Hence, I believe that the primary aim of publicity is simply to create awareness and inform the consumers and not raise sales.

Ielts Essay - Social Media
Ielts Essay - Social Media
As social networking over the virtual domain is expanding quite rapidly, people have resorted to using this medium to communicate with others for their personal and professional objectives. But, it would be wise enough to get accustomed to the benefits and shortcomings of this mode of communications.

Social networking provides easy accessibility across the globe that facilitates forging friendships and relationships in any part of the world. In a way, social network sites have added wings to fantasies of people dreaming of establishing contacts with like-minded people anywhere, regardless of geographical and political limitations. This mode has provided a unified platform to inhabitants that has helped create harmony and foster feeling of brotherhood.

Besides helping in fulfilling personal aspirations, social network has assisted greatly in satisfying professional ambitions too. Reaching out to other contemporary professionals and specialists, in similar or disparate fields, across the length and breadth of the globe – using sites like ‘Linked-in’ and ‘Twitter’ – has become a tad easy task. Now reaching out to the audience with an adapted to local area promotion, anywhere on the planet is not an issue since organizations can now do their homework based on the inputs from local contacts.

However, one must be quite vigilant about possible drawbacks of this way of communicating, since social networking is on internet that camouflages behind a veil of anonymity. One can never be sure about the authenticity of people on the other side of net. This aspect makes the things little precarious since the innocent people are susceptible to frauds and data theft, that may contain sensitive information about an individual too.

To conclude, I feel, even though social network is surely a great way to communicate, extreme caution is recommended while forming relationships.

Sports Essay Ielts
Ielts Essay - Conduct of Sports Professionals

The conduct of successful players has always been under a critical scanner even though the supporters are emotionally driven to come to defense of these celebrities. However,  there are others who are quite cynical about the irresponsible attitude of sports personnel.

It would not be asking for too much if the actions of these professionals is not questioned; they have a great contribution to make to the national pride. Their sterling performances, apart from raising the stakes of a country as a youthful and fit nation, help it to prominently shine on the map of world. Such performances are equated by acts of nobility by the masses, which fetches these individuals a status of national heroes.

Furthermore, discounting personal and professional mannerism of successful sports personnel finds its support in their being pivotal to a burgeoning sports industry – that generates huge employment for a cross-section of skills, directly and indirectly related to this industry. Moreover, how can one ignore huge business being generated by commercial entities across the world, and a rich bounty of revenues being grossed by governments, due to these outstanding sports practitioners; thus, it would not be unjust to give them some room.

The views of apologists, nevertheless,  are quite ludicrous, timid and meek; outstanding performances in sports fail to justify unwarranted on and off-field actions of noted sports personalities, their stature rather raises the bar of expectations: they are considered to be ideals by millions. Any instance of unruly behavior is bound to send wrong signals to masses, especially the youth, who might try to emulate these prominent public figures.

To conclude, I feel that successful performance apart, personal and professional conduct is an integral part of any occupation, including sports persons; hence, their behavior whether professional, or personal can hardly be overlooked for public good at large.

ielts Essay - Second Hand Goods
The trend of purchasing freshly manufactured commodities seems to be losing steam as more and more are opting to procure used items. Many experts are perplexed by this strange swing in preferences, and are seeking concrete causes for this change. But, whatever may be the case, the phenomenon is likely to drive in benefits and drawbacks.

The reasons for the inclination of individuals towards used goods are pretty obvious. With the weakening economic sentiments, and rising cost of living, the priorities are registering a flight away from conventional beliefs. People try to make most of it within their disposable incomes and prioritize most critical components such as education, nutrition, clothing, shelter, etc. All other things can wait or if they are somehow necessities of lesser priority, procuring used goods seems to be an attractive option since these do not cost arms and legs.

This phenomena is definitely carrying numerous benefits, the most prominent being considerable fall in the pollution levels. Trade of pre-owned goods means lesser first hand goods being produced in the factories. This clearly implies that less and less fuel and energy would be used in the production, which would ultimately be interpreted into reduced emissions.

Notwithstanding the advantages, with the second hand goods being in vogue, some sectors and people are bound to suffer, as lesser sale of newly produced commodities would not only severely hamper the manufacturing and commercial sector, in terms of quantum of trade and business, but also lead to a widespread unemployment. This is surely to jolt and jeopardize economic progress of many nations, involved in supplying raw materials and manufacturing goods.

To conclude, as per me, the reasons for such purchase decisions are obvious; however, despite having a negative impact on the economy, this new phenomenon would deliver innumerable advantages in the long run.

Ielts Essay - Responsibilities and Children
Child rearing has always been a complicated issue, and every generation has defined its own privileges and limits in this regards. In the current times, it can be observed that parents are not as keen to lay onus of carrying out certain tasks on children as they did earlier. This trend does have some benefits though also some drawbacks.

Keeping children free of any duties really comes in as a boon in disguise since children are now left with only one task: focus on their academic performance. The times are becoming competitive, and with that the amount and intensity of academic assignments are also rising. The kids are often seen bringing back loads of homework and assignments from the schools, so not burdening them with non-essential work at home helps them to complete their assignments easily, thereby enabling them to develop competence for domains critical to the professions they may pursue later in life.

However, this trend is marred by several negative consequences; as keeping them free of any responsibilities denies them chance to develop general awareness. Children today grow up as an ignorant lot that is grossly apathetic to its surroundings, and live in the boundaries created for themselves for themselves. These kids tend to turn self centered that often results in aggressive behavior too, since they are not trained to be sensitive to needs of others – that handling responsibilities can teach.

Furthermore, children tend to perform poorly when it comes to critical soft and life skills. Kids today are not able to socialize, perform their tasks independently and above all not even able comprehend situations and decide their course of actions to resolve problems.

To conclude, I feel denying children chance to handle responsibilities is denying them opportunities to learn about critical aspects of life.

In some countries, at secondary or  at high school, there may be two or three streams of studies. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this bifurcation of students into streams at the age of 15?

Ielts Essay - Streaming the Students
Bifurcating students into three different streams after completion of a certain form in the school, preferably at the secondary level of schooling when pupils attain age of fifteen,   is a common practice across many countries. Education experts cite various benefits of such a move though its drawbacks should never be ignored.

Allocating students to different streams is supposed to be having numerous benefits. By the time, children attain the age of 15, they become rational enough to make a choice of their future course of action, and if they are steered into a specific direction, they can capitalize on the opportunities laid at their disposal. Taking up and staying focused on specific subjects helps them to harness their potential and realize their talent without wasting their time on unnecessary frills and subjects.

However, streaming pupils has been under a constant fire for all justifiable reasons. Dividing students as per certain criteria, which is nothing more than a mechanical system, can never deliver true results. This bifurcation can prove to be counterproductive instead, as students can be permanently locked into incompatible educational domains; and get caught in the vicious circle of low scores,  before they actually wake up to the reality of appreciating their real strengths.

Moreover, this can fuel disparity and inequality among the students since there is a good chance that pupils studying in certain streams, like science, commerce, etc. may consider themselves to be more intelligent and avoid interaction with students of other streams. Furthermore, this division can deny students an enriching experience which they may get in mixed ability classrooms.

Hence, I feel that classifying students into streams as per abilities is not right and has the potential of pushing the growing minds into incompatible professions.

Ielts Essay - Streaming Students
Nowadays, higher education entails streaming students into academic or vocational subjects. Despite being questioned for its validity and effectivity in the current context, this strategy has been continued since several reasons can be cited in support this format of formal tuition at high or secondary level.

The policy of streaming the pupils, at the age of 15, into vocational or academic area of studies, as per their abilities and inclinations carries multiple advantages. This helps the growing minds to clearly set their objectives and pursue them dedicatedly. As they have fewer subjects to explore and study, the pupils can focus on those completely. This does not only save them time but also protects them from extra burden they might have to bear while studying subjects of little consequence to the knowhow of domains the pupils are pursuing.

On the top of that, strategy of grouping students pursuing similar subjects offers certain inbuilt advantages. Like minded pupils pursuing homogenous syllabus tend to learn faster, and the class work progresses at a fairly brisk pace. Besides this, the young learners can also gauge their accomplishments in contrast to their classmates clearly and concretely, this often results in a healthy competition which ultimately is interpreted into excellent academic results.

Furthermore, this system can prove to be highly advantageous for the society too: the economy of a country can quickly harness the talents of young professionals and academicians, in form of their contributions to the economic productivity. These professionals, in their own domains, can bring around other benefits too, e.g. these professionals do not only save money, otherwise spent on training them, but also train others.

To conclude, I feel that pushing students into specific domain study at a young age can prove to be highly counterproductive.

In some countries, at secondary at high school, there may be two or three streams of studies, academic or vocational. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this to the students and the society of putting students at the two streams at the age of 15?

Allocating students to diverse streams of studies is a common practice almost all across the globe. This, as per certain experts, has numerous benefits for the individual pupils and the society, but even so it would be quite reckless to ignore the drawbacks of such a move.

Bifurcation of students into different domains of studies can be highly beneficial in many aspects. Division of study domains is generally based on inclination and abilities of the pupils. This system does not only enable students to focus completely on domains – they may want to pursue, and save a lot of time but also realize their potential, and be entrenched with comprehensive knowhow of the professional realm, by the time they graduate from their studies.

However, there are disadvantages galore in this system. Studying only in specific streams and circumventing others can make youngsters either too mechanical, or impractical. Drawing groups at young age when pupils are immature, often results in them being locked forever in incompatible occupations. For instance, for students waking up to their potential at a later age more often find themselves already molded for a profession that fails to address their aspirations. This can have disastrous effects on their future lives.

To conclude, I feel that pushing students into specific domain study at a young age can prove to be highly counterproductive. It is suggested that even while following this policy, learners should be exposed to other areas too.

Nowadays young people prefer going to shopping centers rather than spending their time in organized activities such as sport or music. Do you think this is a positive or a negative development? Give reasons to support your opinion using your own knowledge and experience.

Activities of young people have always been under a critical scanner for a variety of reasons. The recent phenomenon of youth forgoing music and sports in favor of shopping has fetched brickbats, as society is busy in debating over this new trend as it is laden with both benefits and drawbacks.

Going to malls and shopping centers and buying things has come as much required relief for the youngsters subjected to a stressful life that is generally marred by innumerable codes of discipline and books of instructions. They get a chance to experience their leisure time freely and escape rigorous and often stringent monitoring and regular grilling – by coaches, which has a potential to turn them into either timid personalities or rebels. This also satisfies the zest of the young people to do something against the conventions established by their parents.

Moreover, going to do shopping is no less interesting since this activity has certain level of unpredictability which makes it all the more exciting. The young people seek thrill in every activity, and this way of exploring the world and socializing with familiar and unfamiliar faces and surroundings is considered to be the safest way of answer the adrenaline surges.

However, vehement critics term this trend as counterproductive and feel that it fuels extravagancy, selfishness, impatience and recklessness among the youth. Young people tend to be impulsive and simply tend to buy anything that comes their way resulting in social wastage. Moreover, indulging in this activity denies youngsters a chance to foster creativity; and learn about nurturing certain important life skills, team spirit, co-existence accepting others viewpoints, and patience.

To conclude, despite shopping being an interesting development, taking it up at the cost of sports and music is surely highly unwarranted.

Ielts Sports and Exercise

With sports and exercise routines becoming a craze, an increasing number of individuals have started devoting time to these activities. Although this phenomenon has numerous benefits, it does have a darker shade too. But, which factor outweighs the other is a matter of intense exploration.

Physical activities and sports have become an integral part of everyday life for most, for these help in achieving and sustaining required fitness levels. Today, life has become complex since people do not only have to bear and survive stress but also live with faulty eating habits, as well as sedentary lifestyles. Physical exertion and participation in sports help to achieve and sustain appropriate cardio vascular activity and health levels, deemed critical to survive modern lifestyle. Furthermore, workouts and playing a game also help in alleviating certain medical conditions and overcoming chronic health issues.

Moreover, there is not an activity as productive as sports and exercise that can ensure mental wellbeing. Today, when people are living on the edge of being driven insane, they need something that can help them vent their anger, frustration and fears to metabolize hormones produced by the ‘fight or flight’ response instinct of the body. By participating in such activities, individuals can easily overcome anxious moments and instead add excitement and zeal to their monotonous lives.

However, several critics are wary of these activities, as they feel that such routines are addictive and make people expend their energy in unproductive routines and tools. Fitness freaks and sports practitioners sometimes are seen indulging in wastage of money by spending on machines and kits.

In conclusion, I feel that exercise and sports is like a boon to the modern humans otherwise a healthy life would have been difficult and in fact beyond imagination.

Ielts Essay - Careers
A tug of war of sorts can be experienced between the young and the old generation when it comes to choosing a career for young. Even though some might quote several reasons to validate the right of young people while making a choice of profession, moms and dads, and mentors have their own concerns and feel it should be prerogative of elders.

Parents have conventionally been considered to be the right people when it comes to deciding about the professional domain their children should pursue. Older generation has all the experience and seasoning required to make such tricky choices, since they have been through the thin and thick of the life, and have borne the brunt of taking wrong decisions early on  in their lives. All parents and coaches have a very pious intent; to see their children attain success in their lives, and avoid entering into a profession that might not bring continuity.

Similarly, tutors are armed with a great amount of information about weaknesses and strengths of their pupils. It has been observed that teachers can give definitive direction to the tryst of the young people by hand picking the professional realm and equipping kids according to the expectations and requirements of the chosen fields.

However, young individuals should have a last say in what they would like to pursue and work in. After all it is matter connected to their future, and nobody has right to intervene. The times have always changed and with that have changed the requirements and expectations. Old people despite living through various phases may not have appropriate knowhow to negotiate challenges in present context.

To conclude, I personally feel that young people should be allowed to have a greater say in matter of choosing their future course of action even though they must seek advice in matters that can influence their professional performance.

Ielts Essay - Adults and Sports
Physical exercise, even though is an inseparable part of healthy life routine, it has been quite often observed that grown-ups tend to avoid this essential activity. There are several obvious reasons for this but the solutions to encourage grown-ups to take up this routine are available on hand.

Adults usually are found not being able to take out time for the healthy physical activities. As people grow up their lifestyles undergo a drastic shift since the priorities of their lives and routines change: from just studying and playing to building up and establishing a career and earning money for self and the family. On the top of that, the intent and obsession to earn success in the professional domains is often so deep that adults do have any room to think about accommodating sports or similar regimes in the day to day life.

Moreover, the phenomenon of adults shying away from routines involving physical exertion is also underpinned by the change in the attitude towards such regimes. As children grow up, they undergo a significant transformation not only physically but also mentally. Sports and running around, as per many, is the realm of the growing ups and not grown-ups, and adults and majors have better alternatives of leisure and socializing.

Nevertheless, integrating sports and similar activities that make people exert energy is not all that difficult as it may be assumed. The initiatives can be taken up the organizations where the people work and dedicate most of their time, under which the companies can it mandatory for the workers to also prove their physical fitness through regularly conducted tests that test the physical endurance.

To conclude, I believe, despite sports becoming unpopular with the grown-ups it is possible to nurture sporting routines among them.
