Nowadays many young people are drawn towards dangerous sports. What makes them so attractive? What measures should be taken to regulate such sports and minimize the risks?

Since long, the thought of undertaking adventurous activity has excited people, but recently the tryst to seek adventure has somehow got translated into an increasing number of youth participating in dangerous sports. This raises a concern among many, who are hunting for possible reasons for this craving, and also some practical solutions to reduce the risks involved.

The most plausible reason for the increasing inclination among young generation towards adventures sports lies in their restlessness, recklessness and intentions to do something unconventional. The youth, down the ages, has always represented a change, and they have tried to stay a step ahead of ancestors. In other words, performing what their parents or grandparents did is already known and stale, so to satisfy the rush of adrenaline, young people take part in dangerous sports. Furthermore, the young people wish to stay in limelight today and be revered by their friends and dears, and nothing can be as awe-inspiring as an episode narrating feats of enduring the danger in a sporting activity.

Moreover, it has been a human tendency since ages to seek new ways to satisfy the cravings for excitement. In the past, people used to embark on dangerous voyages – that finally led to discovery of distant lands and unknown corners also. Now as almost every part of globe has been explored, new venues to satisfy the lust for braving dangerous situations have been discovered.

The dangers can however, be reduced, if not avoided, by offering adequate training and equipment to the practitioners of such activities, and also ensuring that such endeavours are only undertaken under the supervision of seasoned practitioners.

To conclude, I feel, by minimizing the risks we can ensure safety, but it is impossible to stop the participants from taking up dangerous sports.

Ielts Essay - Over Packaging
The growing wastage production, that is also leading to increase in pollution and exploitation of natural resources, has raised an alarm among the environmentalists. Some necessary steps need to be taken to stop this. To start with, use of packaging material should be minimized. But, on whom onus of taking initiative, consumers or companies, is yet to be decided.

A producer of goods is the source of packaging innovations. It has been experienced in the past that in an attempt to attract the consumers, the manufacturers have started using attractive packaging that involves extravagant use of material. Nobody can do it better than the producers themselves, i.e. the consumers, if rationally analysed, are least bothered about the amount of packaging used, and simply remain focussed on the quality of content. So, if the consumer companies could initiate reduction in amount of packing, the consumers would take a cue and follow the trend.

Moreover, if the companies take a step ahead in reducing the amount of packing material used, it would be interpreted into multiple benefits, ranging from reduction in wastage of resources to bringing down the cost of production; increasing the profit margins; and ultimately reducing the selling price. The benefits accrued on reducing cost of production would also be transferred to the customers, thereby increasing the sales, as more and more goods would be consumed.

However, it has been experienced that when it comes to influencing market trends, buyers can bring around change quickly, i.e. if the buyers stop purchasing goods, the manufacturers would be forced to react rapidly, and implement changes, e.g. in the past consumers forced the producers to start using greener technologies in manufacturing processes.

To conclude, I feel both customers and manufacturers should jointly share the responsibility of avoiding overuse of packing material. Surfeit use of packing material is recipe for disaster for the environment; thus, this evil must be eradicated quickly.

Ielts Essay - Why Young Workers Cannot Adjust Easily?
Integrating fresh graduates into the system and hierarchy of an organization needs some stupendous efforts since these new recruits into the company folds find it hard to adjust with other, already employed, members of the work force. This is often due to some predictable reasons, but there are tangible solutions to this problem.

The young people taking up their first professional assignment are often raw, when it comes to communicating with others. They are not aptly trained to work in a team, as while pursuing their education at the varsities, their primary focus is always on pursuing individual goals – since they are awarded marks individually. Apart from that, the colleges only lay emphasis on development of technical and professional skills; and completely ignore fostering soft skills. Absence of practical soft skills poses biggest hurdle in the way of integration of the fresh graduate workers in the organization, and work in close coordination with others.

Besides this, the fresh workers turn out to be highly enthusiastic which is often interpreted into aggressiveness. The young people dream about, and are quite excited about implementing their knowledge they have gained at the universities, to bring about a change at the work place. This kind of behaviour has few takers among their senior colleagues that often results in friction among the seasoned and, fresh out of the college, workers.

However, there are ways to prevent this situation. Educational institutions should include soft skills development in the curriculum and provide adequate importance in the overall academic performance. Moreover, including more onsite training could also help develop all round skills of young learners.

To conclude, it is necessary to “Catch them young” and make it a point to train young learners to develop soft skills when they are getting education, and employers and varsities must play a pivotal role in this.

Some people believe that anybody can be a teacher, if he is trained properly. Others think that there are some personal qualities a good teacher should have. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement?

Education and those imparting it have always been subjects of debates down the ages. Many hold really diverse views on the effectiveness of tutors and mentors. Some experts suggest that anyone who has undergone a formal training can take up the profession of teaching though there are others who feel that teaching can be only effective if the people involved are blessed with certain traits.

The modern training methods involve coaching the teaching aspirants to learn about various methods and techniques of imparting lessons; testing the ability of the students; and making adjustments in the training intensity and duration. The teachers, equipped with adequate knowhow in all aspects of tutoring, are all set to groom their pupils.  Besides this, these well trained teachers have the ability to apply various tools laid at their disposal by the modern technology and concepts. Some experts suggest that these professionals do not need to do anything, but simply follow the concepts of planned lesson delivery and assessing the students on the basis of the grid system.

However, those with inborn instincts to be a teacher often turn out to be highly successful;  for them, tutoring comes naturally, and they are always passionate about their work rather than being mechanical, unlike their well-trained counterparts. Even though they may not regularly apply modern training and assessment methods, it has been observed that students training under the keen eyes of such people tend to gain expansively. Those with innate teaching qualities are experts in closely following and addressing the requirements of each learner. They effortlessly wring out phenomenal academic performance from their pupils.

To conclude, although training is necessary for teachers, there is hardly any substitute available to natural inclination for tutoring, for teaching goes beyond just delivering lessons: tutors don the mantel of mentoriing.

Today more and more old cities are being rebuilt and redesigned in order to be modernized. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend? Give your opinion and relevant examples. - Ielts Essay

Today, it is necessary to rebuild old cities in order to be modernized. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and relevant examples.

Ielts Essay - Should We Rebuild Old cities?

A large scale revamp of older portions of umpteen cosmopolitans across the world has left different quarters, sparing over this urban development policy, with some showering accolades, and others brick bats, on this plan.

Modern urban centres are facing challenges on multiple fronts; effectively surmounting the complications posed by rising population pressure; and sustaining the beauty of localities. Thus, rationalizing use of available area, and accommodating more households, and offices, per square meter in the given land parcel, is the need of the hour, by curtailing imprudent use of available space, and abandoning cosmetic embellishments such as  space intensive front lawns. Furthermore, contemporary systems encouarge energy saving: modern designers create provisions for natural light, thereby minimizing use of artificial lighting to help save invaluable energy.

Similarly, a majority of old neighborhoods are congested and prone to accidents, and in case of some mishaps, it becomes almost impossible to render help and evacuation: their streets are quite narrow and impede free movement of traffic and people. Additionally, revamping these dilapidated locations stipulate colossal investments, making complete refurbishment imperative.

However, sacrificing the past in the name of affording modern facades to old urban, despite sounding viable, seems irrational in some case. Preservation of these locales is a necessity, by virtue of these presenting uniqueness and nostalgia, and stimulating tourism, by luring hordes of backpackers with a craving to interact with national heritage, and gain a rich in-view about the glorious past of the associated community. Similarly, doing away with these would disconnect the young generations from their past, resulting in an irreparable loss of a part of culture.

To conclude, although in certain cases restructuring old metropolitans is essential, the policy of preservation and remodelling should be adopted discreetly; this would prove beneficial in the long run.

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the relationship between equality and personal achievements. Some people believe that individuals can achieve more in egalitarian societies. What are the advantages and disadvantages of  having such a society? Discuss both views, and give your views.

Egalitarian Society - Ielts Essay

Humans have always lived at poles, when it comes to deciding about the parameters to guide the character of the social set-up. Where some profess that it is necessary to follow principles of egalitarianism, and treat every human in same manner, others vehemently defend the freedom of offering chances based on the qualities of individuals.

“God has made everyone equal”, so the humans have no right of creating divisions. It is believed that gauging merits of individuals on certain parameters, defined by humans, is quite outrageous since this kind of system prevents society from harnessing the usefulness of each individual. “Everybody has a genius directed to a specific direction, and telling a fish to climb a tree is quite unjustified, but if it given an opportunity to prove its prowess at swimming, it would surely excel”. Similar is the case when it comes to providing openings and chances to humans; robbing them of chances when they could have excelled in other areas would be unjust.

However, applying same yardstick to measure performers and non-performers is quite an impractical suggestion. After all, the future of a society cannot be compromised just for the sake of offering equal opportunities – regardless of the performance achieved. History has been a witness that wherever such principles have been followed, the society has witnessed erosion of creamy layer as the intelligent people have migrated to other countries – resulting in brain drain.  Such societies, as a result, have accrued an irrevocable and insurmountable loss of talent. Moreover, this system would fuel confusion and make people completely dependent on the government assistance, thereby killing creativity.

Overall, I strongly feel that harping proposals of providing equal opportunities to the achievers and under-performers is highly impractical and prove  counterproductive in long run.

The modern family structure and roles of each member have changed in the recent years. Do you think it has a negative or a positive effect on families? Give your opinion and relevant examples.

Ielts Essay - New Family Set-ups

With the changing times, a paradigm shift is being observed in the family set-ups across a cross section of society. This has also resulted in switchovers, and sometimes, complete reversal of roles of family members. These modern settings are laden with both benefits and drawbacks though the former are more prominent.

The concurrent families are more of a reflection of harmonized relationships, where both the spouses have their own space to express their viewpoints, along with their likes and reservations about several matters, more freely. Husbands, especially no more don the roles of bread earners, while the wives are not confined to their homes as mere home makers. This shift has made it possible for both to appreciate each other, together with aspirations, more conspicouly: consequently, mutual respect has incremented manifolds, making it possible to mitigate differences more constructively.

Additionally, an equal contribution is made when it comes to handling certain essential functions: earning for the family; negotiating daily chores, like cooking, shopping for groceries and other items;  and managing the rearing of the little ones. This has surprisingly mitigated instances of shifting of blames, and unpleasant clash of egos.

Having said that, these relatively modern settings have had also certain unreasonable influences despite being sporadic; the biggest casualty of such changes has been the the juveniles, who more or less, have become uncontrollable, as they take advantage of constant switchovers of roles between their mothers and fathers. There have been reports of young members misusing this arrangement to escape their studies and going astray.

To sum up, this transformation in the family roles carries more merits, while the detriments can be surmounted if both spouses monitor and control their wards judiciously. Thus, it is a favorable evolution benefiting families and society.

Ielts Essay - Government Assistance and Unemployment

With the global economy reeling under public debts, and private sector passing through a lean phase, retrenchment has become a common practice. This has led to a spurt in unemployment across the world. To overcome this desperate situation, governments should intervene and help the jobless people.

Employment is not only the basic criteria of personal and social life but also a way to earn money to ensure a comfortable living. If the governments intervene and start extending assistance to the jobless individuals, by way of rendering financial grants, and providing subsidized services, it would come in handy for many, since it would help ensure minimum subsistence for those undergoing a crisis of sorts, as well as ensuring sustenance of quality of life. For instance, many affluent countries follow a similar practice of helping their jobless citizens by extending all kinds of financial and non-financial assistance. This has helped the people of those countries to weather all kinds of crisis.

Apart from that, with the governments coming out to assist the jobless people, it would be easier to prevent a rise in crime – that may result due to jobless people resorting to crime to make some money. Besides this, it is worth making a note here that going without a job does not only create financial crisis but it can also have an adverse impact on the mental wellbeing of individuals – due to loss of self esteem.

However, there could be some unwarranted outcomes, as the unemployed people might become completely dependent on the government help, and shun the idea of getting another job altogether, this would adversely affect their productivity. Such propensity has been observed in various countries where the state offers such grants, that jobless people abandon efforts to seek employment altogether.

To sum up, I feel that unemployment can tax people mentally and physically, and government assistance can help mitigate some of the misery and pain.

Some cities restrict how stylish and unique can houses and offices be that people construct. Do you think this approach is acceptable?

Ielts Essay on Creative Constructions

Modern living entails living in clusters, towns and urbanized locales – that experience unexpectedly high population pressure, making it imperative for city planners to apply modular urban planning concepts strictly, and quell freedom in designing and planning of homes and offices. However, such an arrangement is unexpectedly harsh and unacceptable

Those supporting this policy assert that unrestricted designing and building can precipitate some really tricky, and hard to resolve complications; as inhabitants, in an attempt to add more beauty to their individual structures – either houses or offices, make neighborhoods look ugly; a majority often tend to cover even the area, otherwise meant to be earmarked as open spaces, resulting in a nightmare for the urban town planning.

Nevertheless, affording liberty, in terms of distinct facades and layouts of residential and commercial units can allow creativity to bloom. Independence provided allows individuals to use their imaginations and aspirations, bringing out some rare and admirable masterpieces. Moreover, this can also help in fostering innovation, as one can incorporate newer concepts that permeate using the space rationally, and also use of environmentally friendly methods.

Moreover, as many surveys suggest, deploying liberal policies in this realm can aid in proliferating greater positive sentiments in comparison to strictly controlled designs, for such provisions offer urbanites a chance to reflect their distinct personal and professional objectives, and endeavors; thus allowing them to use their resources to fulfill their dreams; and experience satisfaction, by using the space as per their wish

To cap it all, this trend has umpteen benefits that overwhelm the pitfalls; thus individuals should be allowed to use their creativity in planning and building residential units and offices. After all, one invests their savings and also often loans money to design their living spaces as per their expectations.

Modern Gadgets and Creativity - Ielts Essay
Use of modern technology has always fetched both accolades and brickbats, as supporters and critics have their arguments to prove their points. Many feel that the advent of latest hi-tech leisure equipment being produced by various companies has impeded creativeness among the younger generation.

Availability of modern equipment has encouraged young people, especially the students to abandon their exploratory skills, and rely on the modern facilities being extended by IT. No more do the young people use their instincts and logic – in exploring material to resolve issues and problems – to complete the tasks, but instead they simply use handy gizmos to  do most of exploratory work. For instance, it is being observed that whenever the students get an assignment, they simply browse the internet; access web portals; and copy paste whatever they come across. Visiting libraries; reading books; and conceptualizing an original work have become things of the past.  Furthermore, the young generation, due to being able to access various services from the comfort of various indoor settings, shuns active social life. They seldom go out for shopping and meeting others – that used to help in picking important tips about social behavior and hone observation skills.

However, the other school of thought does not concur with this notion. As per them, modern technology has instead afforded the much required launch pad to the growing ups to explore ways of picking up, refining and implementing their creative skills.  Now, the young learners are better equipped to expose the world to their abiilties. To corroborate, one using computer-based music creators, do not need one to focus on fine tuning their manual instruments, but can focus on improving their music notes and create masterpieces easily.

Overall, disputes aside, although many do support this notion, humans, especially yooungsters have learnt to adapt to the new ways and deploy them to bolster their resourcefulness. Thus, I fail to acede to this statement.

Some Experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Ielts Essay - Foreign Language at Primary Level
The growing influence of globalization into almost every walk of life, has prioritized multilingualism; as it is considered to be highly advantageous. But, there is a certain debate as to when to learn it, some suggest learning the language at primary level, while others feel, secondary school is the right time to grab skills of a foreign language.

Learning a language of another country in the foundation schools is believed to be laden with multiple benefits; as the children are young and fresh, and they do not have too much pressure of studies. Besides this, the teaching methods applied in  elementary schools involve games and other interesting activities to instill knowledge and understanding that makes learning and picking up linguistic skills fun and quite easy.

On the top of that, ‘Catching them young’ is the primary objective behind the concept of teaching kids about linguistic skills of an alien language. It is an established fact that when a language is learnt from the basic schooling level, the kids are able to get a wider exposure and seasoning that often goes a long way in improving and boosting the expression and the comprehension skills of the users, for instance, it is commonly observed that kids learning an alien language at elementary school fare better in the use of language than those who start later.

Nevertheless, teaching an alien language in secondary level would be a better option, as the kids grow up by then, and can easily differentiate between two languages. They can easily pick-up skills of multiple languages into their learning process; as  they can adapt well to the complex strategies used in the study of languages.

I personally feel teaching an alien language at elementary school is a practical option. The learners at this age are more curiosity and receptive and enjoy more free time.

The idea of having a single career is becoming an old fashioned one. The new fashion will be to have several careers or ways of earning money and further education will be something that continues throughout life. In what extent do you agree or disagree?
Ielts Essay - Multiple Careers

When the life is transforming fast, and professional and personal ambitions of the people are aiming for a high, people have started thinking about taking up multiple careers to satisfy their inquisitive attitude. This, however, also implies that people would need to pursue education throughout their lives.

The cost of the living has risen manifolds, and even in situations where both spouses, if people are married, are working, they are seldom able to earn money to suffice their requirements. The situation sometimes becomes even more grim for the people living single, as they do not have anybody to provide them financial back-up in case of emergencies. This has forced many people to plan and take up many careers at one time, and education being the key to gaining skills for harnessing benefits from diverse trades, individuals pursue education continuously.

In addition to this, having ability to work in multiple trades at the same time has also become a sort of trend today; and the availability of the resources, aided by modern technology, has further inspired the people to think about taking up multiple jobs, as many are able use IT resources to their advantage, e.g. one of my friends who is a lecturer in Delhi University also works part time for many agencies requiring online content, and to gain proficiency in this trade, he did a special SEO development course.

However, most people are content with a single job and are strongly against taking up employment in several locations at the same time. As per them, pursuing multiple jobs makes them lose their focus, and sometimes can have dire consequences.

In the nutshell, I feel that the idea of multiple careers is fast gaining popularity, so education would continue lifelong.

“Only relationships based on truth can last longer” to what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answers and mention relevant examples in at least 250 words.
Ielts Essay - Truth n relationships

There has been an eternal debate about the validity of certain factors in longe lasting human relationships as many people feel that the longevity of the relationships can only  be ensured with truth, while some other refute this and quote several strong reasons to support their views.

Truthfulness has always been preached as a basic human trait since ages by various scholars. The interaction between the people, that is not based on truth, is always ambiguous and seldom last, as it is believed that like the sun cannot be  camouflaged by the clouds for a long period of time, the truth appears in its full and true form. This has the potential of creating trouble later for the people and causing bad blood among them.

In addition to that, untruth often means being dishonest, and permeates misleading others and many religious scriptures consider it to be a sin which is unpardonable. The people who base their relations on lies can never achieve peace in their relationships, and to hide a lie, they must utter more lies thus walking deeper into sins, and this can lead to a situation where the people – in relationships – may start feeling the pangs of harboring lies and the relationships may become sore.

However, it is firmly believed that truth is a not always the basic ingredient of solid relationships as truth – being facts and sometime a bitter pill to swallow – can lead to unwarranted situations and consequences, for instance, if someone in a relationship with an average looking person, due to deep affection, does not appreciate that person for his or her beauty, it would lead to disenchantment and disappointment.

In hindsight, I personally feel although truthfulness is an important feature of relations, it not an mandatory aspect for sustaining ties and relationships.

Most high level jobs are done by men. Should the government encourage a certain % of these jobs to be reserved for women?

Ielts Essay - Male Female Equality

In the current era, amid talks of gender equality, it is generally observed, when it comes to providing equal opportunities to men and women in offices, women are forbidden from working at certain higher posts. To end this discrimination, some feel that the government should reserve a certain percentage of high positions for the women.

Women do deserve equal opportunities for top jobs, as they are equally gifted, in terms of efficiency, attitudes and know-how. It has been observed, wherever female employees have been given tasks of handling responsibilities of leaders, they have seldom failed tasks. Women are mostly cool operators; know how to meander through difficulties establish synchronization. These are the very qualities that a good top level manager needs to be enshrined with. Reserving certain number of places for top jobs for women would ensure that competent women get their due; and society would also benefit from their skills.

Moreover, in the twenty-first century, when gender equality is being sought, ignoring women for top jobs is quite regressive and endorsement of conservative views. Nowadays, when men and women  are expected  to contribute equally to the society, it would be unjust. Furthermore, it would devoid society of several benefits. To counter orthodox views, reservation would act as a good placebo and transform social perspectives.

However, conservatives feel, despite harboring misconceived notions, leaders are best born in men, and so the things should be allowed to continue as it is. Furthermore, this arrangement would be considered as discrimination against men, and also might precipitate unfavorable outcomes as positions of important ranks may be devoid of efficient leadership  due to absence of suitable female candidates.

Overall, I believe blocking some top places for women would be worthwhile and fruitful. It will afford them to break their stereotyped image, and society is also bound to benefit from such a move.

Some people think that the teenage years are the happiest of our lives, while others believe that adult life brings more happiness. Discuss both view and give your opinion.

Ielts Essay - Is Teenage better or Adulthood
Many a times, as one grows older, they often become nostalgic and start comparing the times they spent as teenagers with their grownup years. Some even repent growing up and wonder if they had stayed that way – in their teen years – forever. Notwithstanding these undertones of certain people, some feel it is better to lead a life as an adult.

Adoloscence has a charisma of its own and can never be replicated. A carefree life that is free of any responsibilities; and the time that seems to wait for the young ; and everything connected to the life is charming. Many, though rebellious, tend to be beset of any troubles and worries; they have their parents to take care of their requirements; and afford them appropriate back-up and support. One just has to keep their demands forth, and the anxious mothers and  fathers lay all their resources at the disposal of their wards.

Furthermore, they happen to be the center of attraction of all social gatherings and functions as friends of parents, relatives and cousins are quite keen to meet the growing up kids. On the top of that, the age between thirteen and seventeen is considered to be a time of studying and partying with the friends.

Nevertheless, despite all the drawbacks, adulthood happens to be the golden period, as the grown up years mean independence from various factors: reliance on parents for fulfilling needs, etc.; individuals start earning and become masters of their own destiny - they can  earn  and spend as per their expectations; and moreover, their views are considered important by everyone around.

In the nutshell, I personally feel although life as a teenager is a dreamy part of life, adulthood is always a better  phase; one is taken seriously and has liberty to decide for themselves.

Education Throughout Life - Ielts Essay
Education is a lifelong task. In what extent do you agree or disagree?

Education has always influenced the society in several ways, it has helped the people to gain knowledge; assisted them greatly in picking up vital clues and hints about the skills that may be used in the professional lives later; and it has also helped develop a rational point of view. Some people feel that getting education continues until the humans breathe their last.

In the current perspective and environment, getting educated and improving on the academic skills has become a throughout the life job. The people, due to increasing population, have somehow got involved in  a cut-throat competition of sorts, and aim to stay miles ahead of the nearest rivals and colleagues. The intent and inclination to dominate has made it a viable option for such competing people to go on and not only improvise on what they already know, but also pick up some extra skills that may prove to be pivotal in their tryst to stay ahead.

In addition to this, the modern environment, where the technology is being advanced rapidly and working environment is being modernized at a break neck speed, continuously educating oneself, irrespective of the age and rank, has become very important. Moreover, the inclination of many, to pursue multiple careers, has made it necessary for the professionals to adapt to new professions by gaining more and more knowledge and skills.

However, there are some who refute this aspect, as they feel that education is not something that can be continued beyond a certain age. In today’s intense work culture, professionals and workers do not have enough time and money to pursue further education.

In the nutshell, getting education is indeed a task that is pursued throughout the life, in whichever form.

Ielts Essay - Teaching Sports to children

The health of youngsters is becoming matter of grave concern today as the growing up kids are shunning life involving physical activity and adopting sedentary lifestyle. To ease up the worsening situation, many experts have started suggesting that it would be a good idea to train youngsters in sports in schools; and they have their own arguments to quote in support of this.

Different sports, in comparison to virtual computer games, have numerous benefits to offer because while practicing sports, the kids are not only able to experience the real excitement but also are able to expend their physical energy. Involving themselves in physical activity acts as a refresher, as it ensures rejuvenation of not only the body but also on the mind – that helps in ensuring a mental and physical wellbeing – which off course can never be achieved while playing virtual games in a closed room.

Besides this, when kids go out an practice sports on open grounds or real time arenas, they naturally pick some of the most important traits – that they may require in their later lives – that involve  developing cognitive skills and learning about strategy development in coordination with other members of the team. In a way, the sports teach the children about the learning to create synchronization between themselves and others, for example practicing sports help the growing up kids ones in learning about making     adjustments and compromises and preventing violent and aggressive behavior wherever and whenever required.

On the top of that, winning and losing if it happens on the field, teaches children about rejoicing and resenting together, which as per the child psychologists, is very important since children learn about social behavior.

In the nutshell, training kids about sports can prove to be highly beneficial for them.

Environmental problems such as pollution and climate change affect all the people in the world. Although global decisions are made to reduce these problems, the solutions are not effective. Why are the solutions ineffective? How can these problems be solved?

Environmental problems and Initiatives
It is widely accepted that rising pollution is delivering damaging impacted on the climate. The global community seems to be seriously concerned about this matter; and is making full-blooded efforts to eradicate this issue – that threatens very existence of life on planet. Nevertheless, although some important resolutions have been adopted to counter this growing malady, most of the steps have proven to be ineffective.

The primary reasons underlying the failure of the measures being adopted include lack of coordination between different countries of the world. It has been observed that the world today stands divided into several groups – developed and developing; and rich and poor, etc. All these groups are fighting tooth and nail to protect their rights and impress upon their view points on other groups. This has resulted in mudslinging and blame game which is ultimately taking a toll on the environment; and any resolutions being adopted, however effective they may seem, end up in doldrums.

On top of that, governments of most of the countries – rich and poor alike – are facing a strange dilemma; as to whether to abide by the global obligations of bringing in changes in the current set-up – of industrial and agricultural, which in many countries is quite primitive by current standards; and transforming this would prove to be quite expensive for economies – and face wrath of local inhabitants, as well as the local populace, or address local aspirations.

The issues – existing and emerging – can be, however, addressed amicably by developing sensitivity towards each other and setting goals, by appreciating the criticality of the current situation, that are not too high and need gradual implementation of decisions.

In the nutshell, I personally believe that no goals, especially concerning environment and pollution, are unachievable provided we approach them with determination.

Ielts Essay - Should Youth follow Traditions

Ever since humans settled in form of communities, they have followed customs – endemic to regions where they evolved - and have perpetuated like sermons, and sometimes, no alteration is deemed acceptable, but should the contemporary generation be forced to embrace those, or should be given liberty to choose their way, is a matter worthy of analysis.

In the age of globalization, when disparate ethnicities world over are coming closer and diluting their individual identities, concept of diverse customs – that often fuel bias and tribal attitudes – have taken a beating. the concurrent focus is on engendering a homogeneity and harmony among distinct races of the world, madating there is a need to establish a society that follows universally acceptable perspectives. The progressive thought proposes that in this scenario, the youth should be allowed to choose whatever way they live.

Moreover, young individuals have been exposed to conditions that are largely different from the ones that existed in the past. The evevolving environment and the emerging world order need the younger generation to be creative; adaptive; and able to find its destiny with a new perspective, and the old traditions are not in any way able to cater to aspirations.

However, customs have remained an integral part of human life; and they illustrate the priceless wisdom garnered by ancestors over the ages. These traditions contain invaluable knowledge about how the civilizations developed and emerged from darker ages. Detaching from these beliefs would eventually prove disastrous for humanity as a whole; and youth being future of any society, carry the responsibility of carrying forward these traditions.

Overall, I personally feel that even though the youth should be given some room to decide on how to want to lead their lives, they must also be enlightened about the relevance of their past, so as to perpetuate their ways of life.
