Today’s society provides people with various ways to lose weight, such as special diets or exercise regimes. Many people believe that poor food and today’s lifestyle should be addressed first. What is your opinion?
What should be prioritized: reducing weight with special diets and exercise, or consuming appropriate nutrition with a healthy lifestyle, to sustain well being, has intrigued many experts, but all that shines is not gold. Thus, I shall be elaborating my views on this dilemma.
Although there are a plethora of nutritional plans and exercise regimen available today, like various Diets, with various gym membership plans, that promise the moon - by exploiting the keenness of people to stay healthy, but deliver only short term benefits these only help in weight control till such time until one adopts them diligently. In other words, continuous intake of such food, or regular gyming can help derive desired outcomes, but once abandoned, all the advantages obtained are lost. Therefore, such a system cannot deliver enduring benefits.
What seems more feasible is embracing appropriate nutrition intake policy coupled with focus on active lifestyle. There is a dire need to monitor what one is consuming, a hard decision to take in times when the markets are replete with fast food, mostly calorie rich junk food - that entices taste buds. It is imperative to create a balanced intake that should avoid the unhealthy ingredients: adopting such a practice can help sustain a healthy weight without any external intervention. Moreover, one will not need to visit a gym if they prudently incorporate physical movements in their daily life and abandon their sedentary lifestyles: both in their professional and personal realms. Metabolizing calories is the best way to ensure a disease free life where obesity has no place.
To recapitulate, I strongly feel that bringing about a change in lifestyles and espousing healthy nutritional intake regime can help people turn the table on adversities, and aid them in attaining a body that sans corpulence.
