Over the centuries, human society has made drastic progress in almost every walk of life that range from significant improvements in lifestyle to methods of social communications, but there is a lobby that strongly believes there is still have a long way to go, as far as the overall development of human society is concerned.

Humans have made noticeable progress in means of transportation and communications. Remarkable advances in these areas have actually paved way for phenomenal changes in overall lifestyle of human society. Innovation and furtherance in means of moving around and communicating has bought individuals and communities, from across the world, closer, thereby making it possible to travel and communicate with anyone, anywhere at any point of time across the globe. This has helped foster stronger ties among people

Besides transportation and communications, there have been remarkable innovations in the medical sciences. This is one factor which has helped  conquer many lethal diseases which have made it possible for people to lead longer and healthier lives, e.g. many maladies like tuberculosis, etc. that were thought to be life threatening, have been brought under control through various preventive measures and medications.

But, there are still many fields and walks of life where we still need expand innovation and development. These include creating room for a better understanding between different communities and social groups. This is one area that we really need to make progress in as it would guarantee and safer, a crime-less and a war-free society.

In conclusion, I would stress on the need to develop deeper understanding between citizens of the planet, as only this can help establishment of stable mechanism of development and innovation.
