Nowadays many people want to buy famous brands of clothes

More and more people are becoming inclined to consuming clothes manufactured by established and famous companies. This phenomenon is fuelled by multiple reasons, but is impacting society unfavorable

Most are tempted into buying goods primarily due to the innate quality of humans  to emulate each other, especially the affluent and celebrated personalities who endorse through ads. This yearning is bolstered by higher disposable incomes and availability of the  merchandise designed and manufactured to address the expectations and aspirations of diverse income groups. This tendency is assumed to be making people feel up-to-date, contented with their living conditions, and eventually confident. An opinion goes to the extent of terming this inclination as a development helping bridge gaps between diverse socioeconomic groups.

Notwithstanding certain plausible advantages, this is predisposing people to several difficulties, who out of their intent to flaunt  their affluence, or match the standards of their elite peers, end up spending their hard earned money extravagantly, often exhausting their reserves, and making them vulnerable to financial crisis. The most profoundly affected group from this development is that of the youngsters who in an attempt to match possessions of their rich friends, raise unwarranted demands on their parents, and making them struggle hard to meet the demands: various studies have substantiated the fact that a major portion of household budgets is spent on buying, or maintaining prohibitively expensive goods of coveted brands, considered a luxury, leaving them with little for the rainy days.

Overall, it can be thus said, despite making people feel happy and confident, the penchant  to flaunt wealth is exposing them to financial troubles since they are unable to save money for their future. Therefore, this phenomenon is an unfavourable evolution: benefits are eclipsed by drawbacks.
