Changing jobs and residences frequently is a very common scenario nowadays. Do you believe that this is good for one’s future?

In contemporary times, a new trend is emerging, where people are frequently switching employment and accommodation. This evolution, even though it has certain benefits, as well as drawbacks, I align myself completely with the favorable outcomes of this phenomenon.

Future that is full of promises of progress accompanies those who change jobs and place of residence. Where on one hand, taking up new employment exposes people to a faster career progression, in terms of economic benefits that come in the form of better compensation and perks, allowing people to earn higher that helps not only meet their daily needs but also invest into making their and the future of their kin secure. On the other, individuals engaged in such a practice are often able to gain professionally, owing to the experience they get to garner by working in completely diverse environments. This adds to their skills and expertise  of handling tasks in disparate working conditions, as well as aiding in expanding their professional clout: such professionals become well-known in the industry they are working in.

Similarly, relocating to a new place of residence enables them to develop a better world view, by virtue of coming in contact with others hailing from diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Apart from that, this kind of shifting also allows one to enjoy better facilities and neighborhoods.  Such people, as per a survey carried out by Queensland University, are known to enjoy their life better than those who continue to stay in the same place for a long duration.

Therefore, it can be said that movement of people to different places of work and living often brings good fortune. People can leave their past behind and move forward.
