Ielts Essay Environment Warning and Remedies
There is a growing concern that despite the doomsday forecasts about crisis posed by deterioration in the quality of environment by various environmentalists, no one seems to pay any heed. This indifference can be attributed to various reasons; however, the situation can be salvaged with prudent steps.

Human intent to make life better and comfortable, and the greed to prosper rapidly, in every sphere of life – be it farming, industry or even lifestyle –  is taking a toll on the nature. The continued tryst is like a mirage, an indefinite pursuit,  where humans seem to shift the goals forward after every achievement. Many do think about the environment, but  they always tend to assert that after enjoying the exploits of their achievements, they would shift focus to the environment protection measures, but unfortunately that rarely happens.

On top of that, to add insult to injury, there is a complete absence of affordable alternatives – fuels, raw material and food to name a few, which makes it imperative for people to continue using whatever they have at their disposal. The technologies that have also been developed and could supersede the conventional natural resources are either in rudimentary form, or are extremely expensive to be commercially viable for mass use.

However, it is not too late to act. If governments respond judiciously by making stringent laws to curtail indiscriminate exploitation of natural resources besides promoting and subsidizing non-conventional resources and greener technologies, inhabitants of this planet can be forced, or persuaded to abandon their indifferent attitude and listen to what the mother nature wants them appreciate.

In hindsight, if strongly feel if the human society wakes up to the perils it is facing due to damage their activities are causing to this planet, the future generation might get to live in hospitable conditions.

Nowadays public transport prices are constantly increasing
Ielts Essay Public Transport Prices
It is been observed nowadays that the accessing public transit systems are becoming dearer with every passing day. There are obvious reasons for this; however, the solutions are available on hand which could make this mode affordable.

The primary reason for such an unprecedented increment in the facilitation charge of public mode of transit can be attributed to the ever rising population that needs to travel places. To render consistent efficient services to the growing number of users, continuous expansion and augmentation of the rail and bus networks has become a necessity. This exercise needs huge investments which cannot be funded single handedly by the government, by using money sourced from tax payers. Hence, to prevent chaos and crisis, some burden must be borne by commuters.

Moreover, the constantly changing technology has not either made the things easier for the authorities: it is imperative to focus on bringing around improvements in the methods, techniques being used in the mass transit systems. These enhancements would allow optimum utilization of resources and also improve the travelling experiences, but as said, these additions do not come for free. Thus, raising fares is inevitable.

Nevertheless, certain prudent steps can help bring down the cost of public transit. Distribution of load between different modes of transport, like roadways and trains could hold a viable solution. Establishing networks complimenting each other rather than competing could help a great deal. For instance, encouraging commuters to use trains for longer journeys and buses for the shorter ones could hold a key and make travelling by public transport relatively cheaper.

Hence, even though the rising public transport tariff   is no doubt a cause of worry, this can easily overcome provided some judicious planning is undertaken while assigning roles to different modes of transportation.

IELTS ESSAY UNIVERSITIES ADMISSION
More and more universities, today, are establishing higher intake score benchmarks for aspirants under a specified age - for entry. Many find these stipulations quite rational though many voice their dissent over this, calling it unfair.

Varsities are premier places of education that have limited spaces. The dilemma of the authorities, in this case, is quite justifiable. If everyone were rendered a chance of entering these institutions, the possibility of the most deserving learners being deprived of opportunities of finding a place would increase by virtue of first come first serve rule coming into play. This would mean a great loss not only for the students but also for the society, as well.

Moreover, university courses need an intensive full-time study routine, as well as a high level of intellect, which average performers and ones being unable to commit themselves completely due to professional and personal obligations, may find it hard to cope with. This would not only cause a decline in quality of outcomes but also a rise in drop-outs. Thus, causing financial loss too – due to loss of fee with learners leaving mid-way.

Some, nevertheless, find little substance in this policy. They feel, marks scored in exams – which may be obtained using strategies and unfair means -  fail to not elucidate true brilliance. Furthermore, an older individual may not have been able to enroll for a course because of certain limitations, but may be needing to join one in order to augment their skills. This would quite an injustice to those people.

To conclude, I feel that it is even though true that varsities need to prevent chaos and also maintain their academic reputation, a middle path must be discovered to also let in those who are willing to find a place in these institutions.

Some say parents & teachers should restrict children's behavior
Ielts Essay Restricting Child Behavior

Child rearing is both an arduous, as well as a tricky task. To make it worthwhile, many suggest imposing a strict control over their behavior by parents and teachers though some propose exercising certain amount of freedom with the young ones.

Spare the rod and spoil the child. Therefore, maintaining strict vigil over the conduct of children is of critical importance. They are too immature to distinguish right from right, and any failure to do so, could make the young minds go astray; hence, causing distortion in their personalities, and they may grow up as unruly and unyielding individuals.

Furthermore, failing to regulate child behavior has can further influence other spheres of their adult lives. Juveniles find it hard to adjust with others and accommodate disparate opinions. This can impede progress in personal, social and the professional realms. And, by the time they realize and try to overcome these shortcomings, it may be too late. Thus, it is quite justified to nip the evil in its bud and let not a preventable issue exacerbate into a serious challenge that may hamper the growth.

Nevertheless, some do not concur with restricting the ways in which the children behave. This school of thought feels that there is a likelihood of growing minds becoming too timid or bereft of creativity and ability to take initiative. There is a good chance that these youngsters may never be able to take decisions without directions of others since they may be lacking in confidence.

In the end, I personally feel exercising extremes may not be in the interest of the young lot, the upcoming generation is the future of society and it is the responsibility of both teachers and the parents to ensure future inhabitants grow up as well-behaved adults.

Modern lifestyles mean that many parents have little time for their children
IELTS ESSAY NEGLECT OF CHILDREN

No wonder with most adults spending most of their day confined to their cubicles, or engaged in their social obligations, children are the hardest hit since they are generally ignored. This is having a detrimental impact on the young  ones though some do have contrasting views on this.

This neglect, as per social theorist, is taking children away from not only sense of family identity but it is also becoming extremely challenging to perpetuate culture and traditions. The near absence of any fruitful interaction between people and their little ones is making it hard to familiarize little ones with their family backgrounds - explaining about the importance of relationships with grandparents and cousins, as well as enlighten them about the customs.

Moreover, another adverse impact that can hardly be ignored is the young ones becoming arrogant due to lack of monitoring. Youngsters do not have anyone to guide them – the situation is exacerbated by availability  of violence laden games and TV shows. This deprives growing minds of opportunities to learn about acceptable behavior, which can have a long lasting ramifications for their personalities.

However, many see this failing to look after by parents  in positive light. They feel that this teaches children to be independent and responsible. Since for most of the day they do not have anyone to care for them, the young ones learn to be independent and grow up as responsible individuals. It has been seen that such youngsters grow up with a broader perspective of the world around them.

On an overall, although it is true that parents are not able to devote time to their wards as they did in the past, the outcomes are not as grim as many might fear though everyone should strike a healthy balance between personal and professional life.

IELTS ESSAY ON FOOD
With the global markets opening up, consumers have now access to goods, especially food from across the world. A school of thought is seen fierce lobbying for businesses prioritizing local produce. This may seem to be justified to some, there are however, voices of dissent from other quarters.

Laying emphasis on food sourced locally, is closely connected with the narrative of supporting and promoting local economy. This has, more or less, turned out to be an emotional issue with the groups that connect it with patriotism. As per them, most of the times, the food brought from other parts of the world mean undermining local farmers and manufacturers who, at times, are unable to compete with the charisma of imported goods. This does not only put local producers at disadvantage but also means money flowing out.

Furthermore, as more strongly asserted by some, local produce is virtually unmatched in quality and appropriateness. Admittedly, imports usually take a long time to complete, as a result exporting entities in other countries resort to using preservatives. This can affect the taste, as well as the quality of the eatables.

However,  many suggest a more liberal approach towards this, harboring a hostile and protectionist attitude and that also in times of globalization will prove to be disadvantageous for the country as  a whole, as it might fetch  similar responses from affected exporting countries. Besides this, it is not prudent to deprive the consumers of variety that can be laid at their disposal by making foreign food goods available.

To conclude, I cannot subscribe to this idea completely. There should be a balance maintained between local and foreign food items, instead of prioritizing either of the commodities. Such an arrangement would prove to be beneficial in the long run.

Giving lectures in auditoriums to large numbers of students is an old way of teaching. With the technology available today there is no justification for it, and everything should be done online. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your own opinion.

Giving lectures in auditoriums to large numbers of students is an old way of teaching
IELTS ESSAY ONLINE OR CLASSROOM SESSION

Technology may have revolutionized the realm of education, and many may be feeling that delivering of courses is now better done online rather than through classroom sessions, I do not subscribe to this notion, and consider classroom teaching can never be superseded.

Classes on internet seem to in vogue with those who suggest that this new technique is helping save invaluable money – otherwise spent on establishment of facilities with large classrooms and providing ancillary support, like maintenance and administration. This has allowed educational institutions to divert financial resources to focus on more critical areas, such as improving the quality of the content to be delivered, dedicating more money to explore better and better resources of education.

Moreover, not just the establishment cost, online tutoring has also made it possible for the teachers to save money and time wasted on travelling to and from schools and colleges. This has not only helped the individuals but also the organizations who do not have give extra money to faculty on account of travelling expenses, or providing them conveyance. Individual faculty can also  now spend that extra time with the students

Having said that, classroom sessions are virtually irreplaceable, for the benefits reaped in the classes are virtually unmatched. While delivering lectures and  content to the students, the tutors are able to gauge the responses of the learners and react accordingly. Similarly, pupils are also able to comprehend better in a formal academic environment, in presence of teacher and their classmates. This can help improve the academic outcomes dramatically.

To conclude, it can be said that despite online courses gaining colossal fan following, conventional classroom based sessions are virtually irreplaceable. This traditional method equipped with its basic yet comprehensive approach has always brought laurels for both learners and teachers.

In some places people's lifestyles are Changing rapidly and it affects the family relationship
IELTS ESSAY - Lifestyle changes and Family Relationship
Quickly shifting paradigms in the way people are living today is impacting their interaction with their families. This transformation does have certain benefits and drawbacks, but do they outshine each other, is a matter worthy of a deep analysis.

Undoubtedly, switchovers in the lifestyles, often resulting in nuclear family settings, has rendered more independence to individuals. They, no more, need to be dependent on the moods and preferences of others to do something. This has, in a way, helped fetch extremely satisfying experiences for many where they are able to lead a life as per their choice and, consequently, avoid clashes.

Having said that, despite many virtually venerating this new shift in the ways of life, it is really disheartening to see the way people struggling to cope with the challenges posed by living away from their families. The emotional connect, the bonhomie,  and the bonding seem to have gone missing, and it has been replaced with a strange sense of competition, where each one is trying to prove their superiority over their once closed ones with whom they shared feelings of endearment.

Moreover, the enstrangement is a common sight between ones who lived and shared the space, resulting in disappearance of family and social values. The hardest hit of this change are  the young ones born in the nuclear families: they are never able to familiarize themselves with their own relatives, and end up drifting away from their family identity. In the long run it is feared that this might undo the social fabric and harm the society.

Hence, I can clearly assert that the even though hard to evade, contemporary way of living has brought in more misery, for all, than promises. It is clear that if this trend continues, society will soon be populated with those apathetical to others.

Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Change has always been a matter profoundly debated; many are quite open and liberal about accepting and integrating it in their lives, while some are averse and, in fact, hostile to even the slightest of hints about altering anything in their routines. I feel that both have their views well-supported with plausible reasons.

Change has been the fundamental law of nature, as many suggest. Ability to adapt successfully to the fast transforming surroundings and environments guarantees survival. The ones  who can adapt to shifts do not only weather the harshest of the times but also get to enjoy the exploits of success attained thereafter. This can be easily exemplified from historical events, where civilizations that failed to respond appropriately to the fast altering world order ceased to exist, while who adapted themselves ruled supreme.

Moreover, doing things  differently is considered to be a way to innovate: it has an element of adventure, that allows encountering and overcoming uncertainties. For this school of thought, humans are subject to change in the same way as the days and nights, and seasons. Altering methods of working and leading life can afford freshness, excitement and consequently, improvements, and evade boredom.

Having said that, the other lobby is more comfortable with working in the same settings. They dread even the slightest deviations in their methods, for that might force them to expend efforts once again to attain similar success, and also  expose them to failure.  This attitude is more visible among the ageing population who are reluctant to even engaging with the new technology.

To recap, It can be said that both the views are justified. Change despite being an essential element that has brought around numerous improvements, staying put in similar settings is sometimes important

Some people believe that price is the only consideration when buying something
Ielts Essay Prices considerations

Of late, people have been making their decisions about purchases based on the prices of goods though there are still some who do not mind paying more for something they buy. Both the sections have their valid reasons for their inclinations.
Undoubtedly, in the times when the cost of living is registering a near vertical rise, people have started resorting to preparing budgets for their household requirements. Since the money at their disposal is extremely limited – and many necessities must be fulfilled, households try to get the goods they need at the cheapest possible price. By doing this,  a lot of money can be saved for other important things which may be more critical.

Besides this, those bitten by the bug of consumerism seldom use anything for long due to constant changes and upgraded in the technology aided with facelifts. And, when individuals buy things, like mobiles, cars, televisions, etc. quite frequently, they find little rationale behind paying more for a commodity. Moreover, the price wars between the competing consumer goods companies have encouraged and promoted this trend.

Having said that, many hold a view that price may be one of the factors but not an absolute reason that influence purchase decisions. Buyers generally tend to overlook prices when the merchandise, or services in question are linked to health, safety of the users. They rarely take chances by investing into something, even at a cheaper price, which can jeopardize their health and safety. This is evident in cases where purchases are linked to food, and buyers prefer quality over the cost.

To conclude, i do not completely subscribe to the notion that prices influence the decision of purchase. People buying goods take into account several aspects before actually committing their resources to procuring something.

It is important for all towns and cities to have large outdoor spaces such as squares and parks
IELTS ESSAY OPEN SPACES
Since a past few decades, urban sprawl has resulted in conversion of areas into concrete jungles. This has prompted a lobby of urban town planners to propose establishment of open spaces, in form of squares and parks though there are certain voices of dissent over this.

Creating open spaces would help improve the quality of life of inhabitants of urban locations by much required relief from the suffocating urban landscape dominated by built-up structures, sprawling complexes, skyscrapers, etc. Public squares with views of open skies, and garden laden with greenery also, render a relaxing environment and let the inhabitants experience a healthy distraction from hectic mundane and depressing encounters with concreted areas. This can let people forgo the need to leave cities and towns to seek solace and solitude.

Moreover, such locations can provide opportunities for not only socializing but also entertaining to  the  otherwise overwhelmed by extremely busy and overburdened with obligations, city and town dwellers. Most are bereft of time and money to  avail facilities offered by more formal settings of clubs, that charge exorbitant amounts. People can simply go to these locations and meeting others at their convenience without needing to pay anything.

However, some critics voice their doubts over such a proposal. They term it as a misuse of land resources in the times when urban locations are facing a deep scarcity of usable land. Taking such a step would only cause an unprecedented increment in the prices. Thus, making it harder for many to afford dwelling units, or offices. This would only fuel urban spread, as they fear.

In conclusion, even though the issue of creating open has descended into senseless squabble. I feel that gardens and public squares can help rejuvenate distressed inhabitants, as well as the city scape.

Ielts Essay Museums and Maintenance

Museums although hold an important place in any society, escalating costs have made it hard for the authorities to maintain these places for the access of people. There are certain ways that can render a way out of this crisis.

The most prominent of the methods to keep museums working and yet accessible to visitors is initiating a private partnership in the management. It is undeniable that commercial organizations always seek profits, this would enable optimum utilization of available resources;  thus saving money lost on account of inefficient systems. Even though many fear that may also mean a hike in the access fee,  this can be kept minimal by using the annual government grants to subsidize tickets.

Others, however, propose more  practical ways that could help without making major changes in the management structure of these establishments: by leasing the spare spaces for private functions, social gatherings and programs, this would boost the revenues. Most of the museums are located in or near the city centers which makes them really an attractive option for social gatherings.

Similarly, there is a lobby that vouches  for more revolutionary ways, like integrating technology, and also opening up multiple facilities in the premises of these locations.   By using interactive technology, authorities can create interesting activities that engross children and adults alike, at nominal charges that people will readily part with.  This could help rouse fascination for such places among the visitors. Besides this, opening up movie theaters that focus on films specific to the subject of the museums could also be a great way to augment revenues.

In conclusion, I feel that private participation might not be an appropriate way out, but making these places interesting by offering interactive activities, besides rendering other facilities could do wonders.

Modern cultures around the world have become similar as compared to the past
Ielts Essay Modern Culture

Of late, distinct socio-cultural boundaries have been seemingly blurring, as a result, making world a smaller place to live. This transformation – that can be ascribed to various factors – is receiving resounding cheers from various quarters though it has also been a subject of wrath, due to associated drawbacks.

Person to person contact – that is transcending political, religious and ethnic boundaries – driven by technology, especially internet, is fueling sentiments of globalization among the inhabitants of the new world order. This has proven to be more effective that any socio-political initiatives, that targeted creating understanding among people. An open and unrestricted dialogue has helped develop harmonious tastes in terms of music, movies, festivals and even choice of consumer goods.

This not so new phenomenon, has resulted in creating strange bonhomie between the global citizens, as  they brush aside their tribal attitudes and get used to leading a life like a global citizen in true sense. Optimism about the outcomes reverberates in abundance: it is felt that this would help humanity to rise above differences and strive jointly to overcome challenges – present and future, like pollution, threats of nuclear war, poverty, to name a few  – with a greater effort and chance of success.

However, the conservatives are quite apprehensive of this development. They fear that this might lead to dilution of identity, distinct ways of life, art, language and culture, and consequently, wisdom accumulated over the ages by ancestors, which would be an irreplaceable loss. Thus, rendering mankind poorer in terms of knowledge related to the associated with diminishing civilization.

In the hindsight, I feel, this melting of diverse cultures should be promulgated though efforts should be made to preserve valuable knowledge by sharing it with global  citizens so that any loss of linked knowhow is evaded.

Nowadays many individuals spend more time out of their hometown. Why is it happening? What is the impact of this on a person and their family?

Nowadays many individuals spend more time out of their hometown. Why is it happening? What is the impact of this on a person and their family?

Many are moving out, or traveling out of their hometowns and cities to other locations more often than they did in the past. This can be attributed to several factors, but whatever may be the case, this movement is impacting them and their families in several ways.

The trend of outward movement - permanent or temporary - is primarily an outcome of intent to seek better education. With most becoming ambitious and focused on their objectives of gaining skills in desired areas of expertise, they invest every effort in attainment of their goals. To see this through, they are prepared to stay away from their families in other cities ,or even countries.

Moreover, earning a decent livelihood that can afford them all possible comforts and luxuries besides the basic necessities, besides bagging a job that matches the skill sets and that addresses professional aspirations, is the greatest of the desires of the inhabitants of the consumerist era. To accomplish this, they explore and discover opportunities in destinations away from their own areas, and often make the new locations their home.

This migration to other locations to secure appropriate education or employment is, however, detaching people, especially the young ones born to the parents who had to settle in far away locations, from their families. The warmth and emotions seemingly diminish as the time passes, and such people find it hard to reconnect back and often end up being feeling alienated whenever they reunite. The society is also experiencing weakening of social ties and bonding. Thus, leading to the loss of social values.

In conclusion, although moving away from families is inevitable in the modern times, the adverse outcomes of this parting from families and social groups need to mitigated, so that familial and social bonding does not diminish.

Ielts Essay - Greater Innovations

Internet has overwhelmed humanity greatly, so much, so that some have started considering it to be the most prominent accomplishment of the man. However, such enthusiasm does not seem to emanate from every section: they think differently.

Undoubtedly, internet has transformed the human life radically. The most prominent of changes can be observed in personal realm where it has afforded effective and convenient methods of communicating. It has now become extremely easy to interact, with peers, nears and dears; now people do not have to wait to convey messages since this task barely takes a few moments to transmit messages anywhere across the world. Not only this, the whole exercise hardly costs anything expect nominal monthly subscription.

However, a school of thought considers discovery of electricity worthy of being termed as a true feat which completely transformed lives. The advent of this form of energy made it possible for the mankind to explore formerly untrodden realms: communication, transportation, medical diagnosis and intervention, construction, etc.  it's presence is conspicuous in every imaginable sphere of human life. Even the internet saw the light of day due to electricity.

Apart from electricity another innovation that cannot be easily disregarded is the arrival of aircraft, which changed the face of the planet making the globe truly a smaller place to tread where any location can be reached in a matter of a day, otherwise men would spend months faring the stormy seas. This has helped technology transfers, expansion of businesses, bring people together, and spread of internet.

In the hindsight, squabbling over the issue of determining supremacy of pioneering discoveries carries little substance. All innovations are path-breaking in their own virtue and have revolutionized human lives. Each of these discoveries has,  in one way or other assisted each other.

Many adults exercise very little these days
Ielts Essay  Many adults exercise very little these days

Grown-ups avoiding physical activities has many health experts at their wits' end. To surmount this,  many feel, broadcasting more sports events on television may encourage adults to exercise though another school of thought proposes other methods to do so.

Telecasting sporting events will stimulate viewers, as a section of human behavior theorists suggest, to practice a sport. When individuals see their favorite athletes performing in trans-national competitions – while viewing the exciting moments in the game, they experience exhilaration and fascination. This can motivate them to step into the shoes of performers on the field in some form, and play. Thus, provoking them to join a local club in their area that hosts the game facilities, being shown on television.

In continuation to above, when people observe the fitness levels of players in their favorite sports, they get induced to attain similar robust physiques and levels of agility, like their idols. This inspires them to  take up and follow some kind of physical exercise regime in their day to day routines,  like aerobics, gym, and running. Once taken up, this gradually can form a habit

However, Indirect methods seldom work, as some assert. The task of bringing adults back onto the exercise mat or playing turf can be effectively handled if employers and the government jointly don the mantle. If businesses make it obligatory for each personnel to establish physical fitness, and the state offers inducements to people to embrace fitness regimes, it can do wonders and people will actively engage with the exercising routines.

To conclude, I feel, both relaying matches on television and stimulating grown-ups for following exercise regimes with governmental help can be potent methods. After all, when it is the question of the health of citizens, no price paid is unjustified.

Ielts Essay Crime and Education

Some  social reformers have arrived at a conclusion – though also inviting contradictions – that illiteracy is proving to be a catalyst to the  pressing problem of rising crime. If convicts could be educated while serving their sentence, it would heighten their chances of gaining  employment. Thus, causing a decline in  criminal activities.

Such an initiative, if implemented, could act as a potent tool of rehabilitation, by way of imparting training and skills in alternative trades that could make criminals capable of earning a livelihood, once they complete their sentence, without harming others. This would prevent them from becoming a public hazard, and instead help the society to derive productivity from them.

Similarly, this may also prove to be of a great help. As many human behavior experts suggest, this may reform those who have been indulging in unlawful activities. Education has a potential of enlightening people of the impact their misdeeds had on the society in the past, and also the consequences they and their families might face in case they chose to follow the deviant ways of life after their set free. This could inspire them to abandon their path and lead a safe life.

However, despite optimism in many sections about the outcomes, many fail to see light at the end of the tunnel.  Such individuals are irredeemable, for they crave for easy money, and will never give up their unlawful ways, come what may. Moreover, many doubt whether businesses would employ them, owing to their past. This eliminates any chance of unlawful elements joining back the mainstream.

In the hindsight, I feel although using education to minimize crime seems to be too ambitious and too simplistic a plan to handle the  menace, hopes must not be abandoned  to mitigate incidence of unlawful activities.

IELTS Essay Talent and Hard Work in Sports
Sports, while becoming a full-fledged industry, is witnessing emergence of several accomplished players. This has left many wondering about the qualities that are catalyst to their attainments: is it their innate skills, or unswerving commitment and tenacity. There are although disparate views on this issue, all present an interesting angle.

In-born qualities are believed to be the greatest of attributes that differentiate between successful sports practitioners, and just being one of the many in the crowd. Those bestowed on with a natural, or rather accidental giftedness towards a specific domain or sports, have a natural propensity to grapple with the complexities of tasks and challenges involved in that discipline; prepare strategies to determine opportunities, and capitalize on them to surmount rivals with unmatched precision.

Moreover, their learning curves are steep; they can pick up hints about their natural area of inclination at an astonishing pace, outstripping others by miles. It has been observed that such people learn even the toughest of techniques effortlessly. Observations of several talent scouts probing young talent reveal that inborn qualities start reflecting early on and they have been found to be carrying ability to exploit their prowess better than others.

However, the virtue of relentless efforts and resolve can hardly be overlooked in sports. Several promising sporting personalities have faded in the past, in absence of devotion and resolve  to hone and realize their true potential. Training and relentless efforts help augment stamina to outrun rivals by raising endurance ceiling; equip with ability to interpret strong instinctive skills into accurate observations and expeditious execution of strategies.

In the hindsight, I believe all this talk about innate skills and hard work are little more than a useless squabble. It is both the ingredients that make a player accomplished. Take one of these factors out, they will also fade.

Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research and the academic world

Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research and the academic world.  Other believe that same information is too important or valuable to be shared freely.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Arguably there is enough rationale behind making discoveries in scientific and academic realms public: it would do public good. However, there is a skeptical view on this, and many forbid sharing discoveries: it would kill the exploratory skills, as they assert.

Ielts Essay Sharing Research Work

Disclosing research work being carried out in the realms of science and academics could help evade duplication of efforts being invested by different researchers in   similar  realms. It could help speed up the research instead by enabling forming a synergy of talents. It has been observed that many a times, those with money face a dearth of expertise,  while  ones with skills lack funding. If such people reveal details of their work, and join hands, it will help their cause; eventually bringing around humungous benefits to mankind , in form of productive outcomes.

Having said that, a school of thought is vehemently against the notion that sharing will drive in benefits. This will rather make the research work lose its value. Scientific and academic research work is better kept undisclosed until some outcomes are attained since making things public may invite plagiarism, and many may want to misuse the inputs obtained through this process.

Moreover, owners of research should enjoy proprietary rights over the work they have been carrying out, and should be allowed to enjoy the exploits of their feats . Sharing the details of exploratory endeavors would deprive people of such opportunities. Thus, acting as a great impediment for the emerging talent, and will eventually discourage others from investing efforts and resources in this direction.

To conclude, although there seem to be valid justifications for concealing the academic and scientific work, this should be done discreetly and selectively: when the research aims at public good, making exploratory data public should be encouraged.
