Ielts Essay - Acadmics putting pressure
IWith academics gaining dominance in the school syllabus, many educational institutions have opted for superseding extracurricular endeavors with subjects like IT, etc. This has resulted in profound controversy, as many feel that this will adversely impact pupils even though some feel this bring in numerous advantages.

The advocates lobbying for substituting extracurricular activities with academic subjects feel that these changes would prove helpful in preparing children for competitive challenges they would have to face later in their careers. As per them, deepening competition has made skill development a critical aspect, and it will be better if learners start preparing at a much younger stage in order to garner adrtouness in their fields.

Having said that, those professing this policy would deal a damaging blow to health of students as they are already pressurized by an increasing ratio of studies in daily routine of young ones and adding more burden of studies on young minds would lead to undue stress, which would ultimately result in deterioration of mental and physical health of the pupils.

Besides negatively impacting health, adding more academic content would rob children of their already shrinking free time; it would result in an unprecedented increment in the intensity of class work and home assignments; thus, leaving little time for them to participate in other cocurricular undertaking. Experts feel sports and other activities play important role in personality development of child and lesser participation would mean creating hurdles in children picking up hints about better personal and social life.

In conclusion, disputes aside, I feel that adding more academic subjects by shelving extracurrcular ones, is meting out injustice to young minds and this would have a longer lasting impact on them. Extra-curricular are equally essential for fostering overall persona of youngsters.

Some people prefer to stay in the same job for the same company

With the career taking front seat in life of many people across the globe switching organizations and employment has become a common practice. There are though some people who love to stick to same post or company.

With the career progression in their perception, individuals are tempted to try and pursue opportunities to grab higher and higher posts and places in hierarchies in corporate world. It has been observed that organization switch often offers a shortcut to people aspiring to ride up the organizational ranks. For e.g. an individual working and performing as a marketing manager in a concern will definitely fall for higher post offered by a competitor or any other company, as this will bring benefit rapidly in form of status and resources and help him or her to develop and plan next moves.

Besides the career progression, many employees and personnel often find higher salaries and remuneration tempting enough as a reason to switch employing organizations. In their views fatter salary packets would obviously enable them to participate with their families with more financial resources at their disposal.

Nevertheless, some are more or less inclined in sticking onto one job for a long time and not changing it until and unless it is essential or rather critical for their professional life. As per their view, they do not want to forego benefits of reputation and contacts they have developed in their present position as they will have to prove their worth again and work harder against already established people in new organization.

To conclude I would rather insist that despite switching employment fetching perils, it always guarantees better opportunities, higher place and also better remuneration.

IELTS ESSAY It is generally accepted that families are not as close as they used to be

The times are changing as the families move away from each other and join the quest to make a comfortable living. They are more transforming into the Nuclear families, which has actually led to a decline in the affinity among the relatives and the Family members.- Ielts Essay

Formerly, the trades of the Families were based on the traditional vocations and specializations, but now that has all changed and with the better educational resources available for everyone, people are getting the education according to their strengths. They go on to take up professions according to the skills they have developed and honed, this means that they have to wander off far away from their homes and families in search of  better opportunities. The tryst keeps them busy with their work and they have lesser and lesser time to socialize with the people at home and with the relatives.-

People in order to make a better living, they are more involved in their professions and the work, though most get compensated fairly, this again leaves a vacuum on account of the family and the community life. -

There are several suggestions on the horizon from the various social scientists, who advocate a closer family and the community ties for a better and healthy living. One that can be easily suggested is the organizing parties and picnics with the family and friends. This would in their opinion bring about a change in the daily hectic schedule, but also recreate a bonding that can be nourished only through the personal contacts.

This is rather a paradox that in times of stressful living, people and families are drifting apart. In my view people should make every effort to really recreate bonds and relationships that can nurture a peaceful and harmonious living.

IELTS ESSAY Some parents and teachers believe that children’s behavior should be strictly controlled

With the changing times the concept ofparenting has transformed largely and more and more people have startedpracticing principles of relaxing their control over the younger generation andletting them learn the basics of life on their own. Some people however arestrictly against this and profess the old system of keeping a tight vigil overthe children in their growing years.

The social behavior experts who suggest the idea of relaxing the control over the sons and daughters feel that the times have changed a lot and today a growing kids has an ample amount of exposure to and interaction with the outer world and this can help them grab scores of invaluable knowledge from these mediums for e.g. media like internet and television present many opportunities for a young one to grab as much as he or she can absorb.

Quite contrary to this new concept of parenting, many sections of the society are comfortable with the old ways of teaching the children about life and restricting their actions and reactions as per the old conventions as they feel that a growing child has a tender mindset and cannot differentiate between good or bad and this can have serious implications on maturing kids as they are exposed to danger to being exposed to those things also which are deemed to be hazardous for their personality and their life.

Moreover, some people think it is always better to use the experience gathered by the parents  to guide the younger generation and pass them on the wisdom and the knowledge as this would ensure a safe adulthood for these children.
In conclusion I feel that the conventional thought holds more logic and relevance than the new concept of letting loose the control on children
