Teaching is a type of profession, if done properly, it can help many to turn into the best leaders in the world. But what makes a good teacher is sometimes profoundly debated as some appropriate training can turn anyone into a perfect teaching professional, while some are convinced that one must possess some essential personality traits  to earn success in this realm.  

To start with, nowadays any career can be achieved under adequate training and on considering teaching there are several courses and certifications which can help one to qualify as a tutor. There are several scientifically designed programs that help aspiring faculty to grasp the strategies of preparing lessons, delivering content, assessing response, and even suggesting solutions to learners to help them overcome their weaknesses. Besides this, one can also get acclimatized with the use of technology for imparting curriculum, a critical aspect of the modern education system. Therefore, many suggest that those having even a slight inclination towards this occupation can attain pinnacle.     

On the other hand,  many vehemently rally behind the notion of innate qualities being paramount in turning one into an efficient professional in this profession. In  hindsight, I surely believe that, even though  training can help a person to get better at teaching, having good certain inbred characteristics remain the fundamental requirements for being triumphant in the realm of teaching.
